According to other user reports, the mod is compatible.

I even made a compatibility patch, so it doesn´t crash some of the content related to Clint.

Yes!

 

If you have the MCM installed (Mod Configuration Menu)

The cog icon on the intro screen of SDV.

There is a Menu called "Devious Valley Options"

There you can tweak the percentage of the Husband love events. (From 0 to 100%)

 

If for some reason you don´t o can´t have the MCM

You can go to :   Mods\[CP]DeviousValley\[CP]DeviousContent

 

There you will find a "config.json" file, if you can open it with a text editor (like notepad++) then search for this option :

 

 "HusbandSexChance": "30",

 

YOU can only tweak it in increments of 10 to a maximum of 100.  Anything else will be ignored.

Hey, the Junk mod in the optional mod pack seems to be the only one that doesn't work.

 

The overlay doesn't seem to fit correctly.

I posted on here a little while ago asking if Devious Valley could be made more modular. This is my post to eat crow - as I just decided to take the plunge and play through your mod, and it (specifically the Dominus content) has so fundamentally changed the way that I want to play this game that I had to 1)post on here to apologize for waiting this long and 2)become a supporter on Patreon immediately. 

Really, really stellar work and I'm so excited to see it branch out and expand. Can't wait to see the version of this where our farmer is a cumdump for the whole town, haha. It's even inspired me to start taking a look at how modding works and maybe start creating some submods for myself to go along with it.

I think devious valley broke the "vincent" schedule. I read your comments in content.json file about the issue.

Isn't there any solution for it??

The one broken is the "Jas" One... it does cause issues.

Vincent one should be fine (He should go to the museum every day)  - this is to reduce the presence of the kids in the valley (Or the way i love to call them.. little shits).

 

The progress to that patch is still WIP...  There is no absolute solution to it...

Just, more testing, more theories until i finally banish them both to the museum.

 

In the end the patch will be optional,, but it will be toggled On by default.

Thanks for the mod! Does any of the mods contents changes the casual game experience? For example Dominus content? I wish to experience the game as it is and enjoy the mod quests as if a side activities.

A big deal of the mods is just optional content.....

The frat Valley dudes will have shcedules at town whenver you install the mod, but those can toggle off if you wish in the config menu.

 

Right now there isn´t a big "Vanilla experience changer" event, but i do plan on working in one in a future update.

Even if that happens, you have a message warning about what would happen if you accept it.

Right now is all fused together... short answer is no.

 

I "may" work one day on making a standalone version of prostitution and husband love... ITS A LOT OF WORK

since i do need to make so many patches so it does not conflict with Devious Valley.

Users don´t like to read instructions very often (And a mod like that WILL NEED people reading special instructions), this will cause an overflow of bug reports i would have to resolve (Again, for a free mod)

 

So yeah, still considering it.

Only the version 1.0.7 of Devious valley should work on android/mobile (Thats the reason i keep that version still around in this page)

It has so much less content,, but still... its somenthing.

Sure i give you permission to do it (Assuming all the credit and linking would be there)

 

There are 3 things to consider, you can resolve them in whatever way you choose :

 

1- I learned this one in a bad way...  an unnoficial korean translation made without my permission was made in a very dirty way...  
Whoever did that one, translated many code commands in the mod  like  "$a#$b#" or the "speak (NpcName)" etc...  that caused an inmense number of "invisible issues" i couldn't debug when asked for help...    So my advice would be..  Be very mindful of the code command grammar when you translate.

 

2-I am constantly working on new content/updates for Devious Valley,,, so be sure to tell your users wich Exact version they need to Use the translation patch.

 

3-I would leave it to you consideration to make a Loverslab page of the translation, it is not required from my part.

This is assuming you are aware that Devious Valley doesn't have an actual translation structure the i18n... 

I don't plan to add it, since it qould be madness at this point,, so if you choose to do it manually/Directly to the code, good luck!
