I have this mesh downloaded from a forum that I'm using for some followers of mine.  The mesh has no bodyslide preset so I can't do anything with it in bodyslide and I have a pretty annoying issue with it that I can't figure out. The mesh under the arms of every follower seems to stretch a lot and seems to move with the arms instead of staying in place. Like if there's an armor piece connected to the body that is not present anymore, but the mesh is connected with it and moves with it still. I think the issue is based around the Lclavicle and Rclavicle bones, but I'm not quite sure.

This issue has bugged me for a long time and I've been in outfit studio several times to see if the issue is weight related. I've tried to paint the mesh differently and remove some bones that other body shapes don't have, but the issue is still present. I have tried everything that I know of, but I can't fix it. The mesh still stretches like hell.

Anyone that knows what this could be or what the issue is related to? One modder, the one who made the mesh, said it could be a bad weight paint and could easily be fixed in outfit studio, but I haven't been able to fix it no matter how many times I've tried.

Here are two pictures of the issue:

Hope anyone can help me with this, the issue has bugged me for ages and I can't fix it.

Create a new project in bodyslider and copy the bones from CBBE or UUNP reference.

Or open the file in bodyslider and go to the bone list to the right.

Remove the arm bones from the body, ALT+mouse to remove. Im guessing this is the forearm bone painted on the body

Thanks for the quick reply! I tried to remove all of the arm bones with ALT+mouse and then go in game, but I ended up getting a huge gap between the shoulders and the hands.

So I that didn't do the trick. Maybe it could be that the mesh has bones that other normal meshes don't have or that the bone where the stretching part is connected to, is badly painted. But I don't know which bone to look at in outfit studio.

I also forgot to mention that the mesh I'm having trouble with is not a female body mesh. It is a male body mesh transformed(or converted) from a COSIO female body mesh. I got it from a modder who posted it in a forum. So it's not one of the common shapes or meshes. I think maybe something happened with it when it was converted to a male body mesh, resulting in this damn stretching.

Dont delete all the arm weight, only on the body. Not the arm ?

Use the previev scale of the bones in Outfit Studio. It's one of the upper arm bones.
Scale the bone to see which bone is causing it.
In the scaled state, use the Bone Brush to fix it.

Deactivate the textures with T and switch on the wireframe with W - this way you can see it better.

ALT + Mouse Button = decrease bone weight
Mouse Button = increase bone weight
SHIFT + Mouse Button = smooth bone weight
(for smoothing, a stronger value of the brush must be used)

When the UpperArm Bone is corrected, then check the Spine2 at this point.
