CTD When making female character (Seemingly Solved)

Title explains it fairly well. When I make my character female, the game CTD's. Doesn't matter if its in racemenu or with sexchange command. I'm using MO, and the Body comes from Bodyslide. It's UUNP Special body with the 7BO preset. I have reinstalled Bodyslide, and I have run FNIS, to no avail. I have tried turning ENB off, and tried turning off all graphical mods as well. I should also mention that it worked without issue, and then I turned off the game and when I came back like 20 minutes later it didn't work anymore. Any help or ideas would be fantastic.

Good idea that I hadn't thought of, but looking at it it seems like they are all for LE, as they should be. I also thought maybe Bodyslide was updated wrong and the SE version was uploaded to the LE download or something and that's why its crashing, but I tried downloading an older version of Bodyslide to no avail. Other than that I can't think of anything. Thanks for your help anyways.

When you run FNIS does it say

Skeleton(hkx) female: XPMS2HDT (126 bones)   male: XPMS2HDT (126 bones)?

Does FNIS give any warning messages?

Or when you say 'make my character female' do you mean change a male character to female?

SOSRaceMenu.esp

Why SOSRaceMenu.esp if you haven't installed SOS at all?
And Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch (USLEP) is not a "must", but fixes some quest errors that can occur.

FNIS does mention the skeletons properly, but it does give an error: "Error(53): Couldn't find file temporary_logs/Skeleton.xml", but if I close FNIS and re-open it there's no issue, so I think it might be that I'm using MO and it places it into Overwrite, and seemingly it can't notice it being made in there, but as said, if I close FNIS and reopen it there's no issue's and no warnings. And yes, by "make my character female" I mean that I switch from a male in Racemenu to female.

Make male in racemenu, remove his clothes open racemenu and change to female, rules out clothes

Try different races, make sure not race related.

Tried making a male, removing clothes and then switching to a female to no avail, It still crashes. I also tried making different races, and it seems to only happen with the "Human" races (Including Elves), as Argonian's and Khajit don't crash. Interestingly enough, the mesh gets applied to the "Beast" Races as they should, but they aren't given any "Bits", like the textures aren't loading in properly. And no, turning of the skin textures doesn't stop it from crashing either.

I was going to install SOS, but after installing a lot of mods at a time previously and it crashing and having to go through each mod at a time, I only install a few mods at a time, and I just hadn't gotten to SOS yet. I have it installed now though.

And thank you, I actually forgot about USLEP somehow, even though I always install it... Strangely enough though now that I've installed it, the game is crashing on main menu...

Installed usleep and game crashing on main menu? On new start?

What's going on in your data folder and or more probably your Skyrim and dlc esm's? You use MO but it sounds like you have problems that MO can't cause(dorking Skyrim, dlc esm's or dorking data folder.  You crash with only humanish races makes me think those races don't have skeleton entry with those races, you can look in xedit in skyrim.esn under races and find skeleton model, while your there s3e what mods are affecting those races

Verify integrity of game files thorough steam.

Not even on new start, it's as soon as I get to main menu that it crashes. Honestly I have no idea. I did a clean install of the Data folder after I started having these issues, thinking there might be something wrong, but it didn't help. I have tried looking in TES5Edit at the skeletons, but from what I can see there's no mod overwriting them that shouldn't so to speak. Only mods that seem to be overwriting them are Update.esm, and for some of them Unoffical Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esm, is something else supposed to? XPMSE doesn't include the skeletons in the esp so I figure they should be applying as they should since its loading after the main game stuff. And I have tried verifying, but there are no missing files.

You obviously have something fundamentally wrong here if the game is crashing at the main menu and with only a couple of dozen mods.

Start again and follow this guide

Yeah I guess do. I guess I might as well do a complete reinstall. This is real annoying, I've been modding skyrim since 2013 and I'm completely stumped by this, I've never had this sort of issue, where a single mod makes the game CTD with nothing else installed.

It's more likely to be incorrectly configured inis or ENBoost or something at that level.

Yeah probably. Oh well, a fresh reinstall of skyrim later, and all issues seem to be gone, so something in the skyrim folder was messing it up. Only thing I haven't tried reinstalling is ENB, but that will be last or close to it this time, as it will be easier to troubleshoot that way. Thanks everyone for your help! :)
