fnis spells should be 7.0 according to the nexus page https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3038?tab=files

The warning is for PND:

Whatever that mod is, it needs it's animations updated.

well, at least temporarily, if you want to play skyrim, remove the offending mod. Then you can figure out what to do without it blocking your use of the program.

See if theres an SE version of the mod

If not download Cathedral and let it run through the folder that stores that specific mod

 

(If using Vortex you need to redeploay afterwards)

Thank you guys so much for everything! I eventually figured it out: first by installing the Skyrim to Skyrim Special Edition file converter and the rest was history! At least for now in terms of mod problems, heh.
