Happened with coyotes (don't have a save there) and Deathclaws - the birth of the Multiple eggs in Riverside in Breeder.

 

The only setting I have changed is PregLenght to 3%

Thanks for that, info that gives me a couple of ideas where the problem is :)

 

One possibility I've noticed is possible is Miscarriage is occurring during birthing so try turning off miscarriage to 0%, I'll fix it in next release to be disabled during birthing. Also due to the nature of the NV engine I wouldn't save a game whilst birthing or Sex animations are in progress.

 

I found another possibilitry that the Pregnancy script is calling birthing again before it gets removed so put a fix in for that too.

New Update 20130414.1:

 

Fixes to Birthing & Pregnancy scripts to disable Mutation/Miscarry and preven reinitialising of Pregnancy if Birthing was early.

 

Changes to Mutation/Miscarry chances, now Chances are checked against GetRandomPercent*10000+GetRandomPercent*100+GetRandomPercent so you can crank those MCM chance sliders up to 100% I think.

Set Miscarriage to 0 and updated to the new Version - no change, still stuck in birthing.

 

Did some further testing (on a clean save of course).

Tried 1 Deathclaw Pregnancy and 1 Human. - log files attached.

 

 

Hmm that shows the same issue, it seems the Pregnancy script is calling Birthing to occur faster than Birthing can add the removal script, so I've added some code to remove the Pregnancy token from the birthing script and slowed down the Pregnancy code a bit, hopefully that will fix it.

The second problem is you still aren't getting a message from the Pregnancy removal token which is being added to clear all the Pregnancy minor variables & tokens. Somewhere after Pregnancy ending you should see the message from this code in the Pregnancy removal token.

Hal, an idea to put on your back burner: Pre-natal vitamins and/or pregnancy support on doctor npcs. To reduce risk of miscarriage and mutation and eventually give an alternative to the pregnancy scanner tool to detect pregnancy? You may have already considered that stuff, but yeah... just for future consideration.

Prenatal vitimans should be easy enough, will add them in.

 

I did add Pregnancy test assets but haven't thought about them much further.

 

Hmm the Pregnancy Test Kits were already done, I just hadn't added them into the game will do so for next release :)

Well, I'll keep thinking about it maybe something will make sense, hopefully it will fix on a reinstall, you've tried on a fresh started game too?

However, different issue, inventory has remove preg tokens, lumpy preg token, and preg size token, despite the time passed.  It has an ova like it should, however, after a time despite the others not vanishing.

 

ETA 2: She was not recieving sperm, somehow, after that. as going from 14.1-->2 was not a clean save, trying that.

I have noted since developing this problem my courier does not appear to be bodyswapping. When it first happened (not clean save) she was lumpy then flat tummy, but with the aforementioned tokens and it saying it was switching during sex when not.

 

I noticed these tests, since the first on clean saves, not only did it not remove tokens, it did not switch her tummy either.

Salad, did you try unchecking all of the sexout mods in your clean save? If any of them had pregnancy as a dependency (kennel pregnancy patch for example, and your FNVedit merged patch could potentially have pregnancy as a dependency also) then even though you had pregnancy unchecked, it would load it because something you did have checked needed it. I've run into that problem a few times where I thought I had everything unchecked that required the stuff only for it to load up when ran the game. It might help with removing any phantom tokens as well.

I was running around Camp McCarran when they matured (had twin caucasian daughters). They followed me into the terminal building, all the way back to Contreras where I bought them some armor so they wouldn't be running around in their undies, then I ran over to the monorail and they didn't follow me there. So I exited back out into the terminal and they were standing there and still following me when I moved. So I fast traveled to the strip and they weren't there. I was going to leave them in the lucky 38 but they didn't follow me there. No big deal, the other offspring I had kept getting killed the first time I was in a fight so I was going to do the responsible parent thing and leave them somewhere safe. haha

 Yeah offspring should work on their dialogue options, following through fast travel has always been buggy no idea why as as far as I can see their stuff is set upo the same as Cass or Veronica. The MCM sliders only work for creatures, theYumanoids should follow their dialogue settings.

Using SCR and Preg 20130415.1 on a clean save

 

Tested a Deathclaw pregnancy. I went through the delivery animation and the messages said I delivered an offspring 3 times and an egg note was given and then my character stood up and reverted to her normal non-pregnant body.

I don't see any Deathclaw eggs in her inventory.

She still has pregnancy size tokens (112).

She still has the Hideously Pregnant debuff.

She has 3 zBirths Counttoken under the apparel tab,

She has 3 zBirthCountToken under Misc tab (note spelling differences)

She has 2 zRemove Preg Token under apparel tab.

The Medical Scanner lists her as 105% pregnant with 1.33 hours to go. After waiting for two hours, the information is the same.

There's still 8 z00Deathclaw semen under misc tab despite not having sex with Deathclaws for at least two days.

 

I have a named hard save before and after birth in case you need me to look at anything else, turn on any debug options, or what have you.
