The equivalent is difficult to find since body and face textures in oblivion were developed for a while.

AIR Evy or FF Race or XEORC with Ozmo textures may help a bit.

#1 is not really possible to identify as a race.

It's some customized texture, maybe derived from 'Diablo Elf Ice Cube'. Noteworthy are the mismatched ears.

 

#2 is DMRA body with a Diablo Elf texture. Perhaps the 'Purple Mulberry' or a chocolate variant.

Maybe you find a texture you like in the archives linked to in this post.

 

#3 is also either standard DMRA or a SpeedBuster variant (?). The texture is probably Pajiman's custom 'Chanpon' skin.

 

#4 is a legendary custom race, never shared but somewhat recreated and then expanded upon with this mod.

 

#5 is SpeedBuster's hair. Unfortunately not public due to SPB not sharing them because of "problems with their UV map" or something to that effect.

The first one I'm looking for myself. Wish I knew where to get it.

Though I haven't checked out the usual sites that might offer this mod in quite a while.

 

In the case of that second picture, at least the horns are closely related to the outfit as they are included with this mod, R18PN's 'Diano Armor'.

The hairstyle is 'Coolsims 45'. But the race could be anything, once more it's difficult to identify without real characteristic features such as unique ears or a particular tattooed skin. This character has a very smooth-looking and clean skin, might be Ozmo's or Nec's high resolution skin textures.

I think I found at least one armor that came with a hair. 1st pic = hmmm that skeleton reminds me to necromantrix (or lady death) but that wing surely from DarkLilith armor, my guess it was a mash up

2nd pic = that pose does look like (or it really is)  CTaddpose Merged, for the rings, no idea.

The first picture is a mash up as stated the wings are probably from dark lilith or something that uses them the gloves might also be from the dark Lilith set it is hard to tell though because the pose hides them the horns and boots are from something else.
