The guns are from a pose mod called Moden Arsenal Pose.  The file was floating around on SHY before it went down.

'Cow-eared Alice' has a lot of stuff going on. The base race mod is here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/940-modified-ff-race/

 

The skin texture is a custom job as the creator of the character confirms in the comment section of this mod of his.

Any texture compatible with the FF race can be brightened up for such a fair skin tone. Slightly more tricky is adapting an existing fair skin like Moonshadow replacement textures or DesuChan Doll skin because of the difference in the face texture (those races are using a different head mesh).

Don't know which eyes are used for the character and I'm not familiar with that Alice-type dress, unfortunately. And lastly the cel shader effect from OBGE - maybe combined with a setfog console command - is giving the picture these black outlines.

I still think the characters are customized from an MBP x117 race with custom skins and human ears. Maybe the 'Mitzha' race ('x117 Human') had been used as the base because this one already has those ears.

 

I lost some of the high resolution Diablo Elf textures, like with the dragon tattoo and similar stuff and since I can't really find them anywhere, I wanted to ask, if anyone got them (you see some of the skins/tattoos when you choose the omod in OBMM) and either could link me to a working download or possibly upload it.

Is by any chance the 'Break Undies' version the most recent? It should be. Lots of variants and additional stuff in there.

 

Downsides to the mod:

The framerate is taking a hit wearing this outfit. GSB himself mentioned it once in his thread as being an inherent problem with the mod.

It has both 'Break Undies' and the high heels system as master files. One texture is apparently missing, a necklace or something.

 

Apart from that it's a great and very stylish piece of clothing/armor that comes with nice accessories like a veiled hat, jewelry, a mask, a cool wand.

And some other things.

No I'm pretty sure the first pic is from oblivion, as I see what appears to be an npc from bravil underground in the background. Also those meshes/textures are way too ugly to be skyrim. The second is apparently a heavily modified ff race, god I really want that skin mesh, looks like a skyrim char...

The first pic is indeed Oblivion, and that is one of the many edits of the FF (FinalFantasy) race. The angle makes it look different., but the nose kind of gives it away
