On the subject of her face.....I've fallen down a bit of a rabbit hole, looking at Hannah's face in various photos.....it just goes to illustrate how camera lenses and perspective can skew someone's appearance.  The first real life pic looks most like the new HFW model, as far as features go, the eyes in particular.  The bottom pic makes her cheeks look chubbier than I've seen before.

EDIT: You'll want a pretty decent GPU to run it, some things are really cranked, it's not exactly the performance friendly settings.

Interesting that they added the disheveled bit at the start of her right eyebrow to the character model.

I think I was mistaking it with my Skyrim preset, this one appears to be Natural Clover, probably tweaked somewhat,  in game settings are above.

 

Try out Natural Clover on it's own and see how that fares and let me know.

If its a reshade, then the reshade file will probably be in your directory in .ini format

You will possibly need to install Natural Clover then overwrite the ini with this one. Hopefully it retains all my changes... I don't know much about ENBs so, good luck.
