How do I change the profile picture?

Hi I´m new here, and after creating my account, I tried to add a profile picture, but I don´t know how, can anybody help me please? Sorry for being so ignorant, thanks for your attention

wrong, click on my profile and you don't see my warning points, these are private.
the only exception, moderators them can see.

hello, everyone and @landess !

i am new too (since today) and i can not change my profile picture.
i can not see "cover photo" (up right) or a small clickable stuff (down left). i have just a default "3" picture. 
by the way, this is my first post here.
