I seriously doubt you'll get very far if you keep this approach when using mods. How about fixing your problems first?

I have too many mods to fix something, I need to completely demolish Skyrim, but there is no desire to do this because there are too many mods that can no longer be found on the Internet and therefore the easiest way for me is to get a level 1 save game with the installed sex lab mode and it's okay that there will be other mods in the save game, I think it’s possible to launch a save game and why not try

You find a few save games on Nexus, like this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31650/ If your lucky you just need to reactivate Sexlab after load. EDIT: If you need to do a double load try this: skyrim main menu open console and type "coc qasmoke" load a save from there or create a save there ?

Creature Framework was one of them

It only makes sense if you want to jump to an already existing game. Maybe he learns most by experimentation and has to find out for himself that - whatever he tries there - won't work as intended. The "Alternate Start - Live Another Life" gives a small cell you can use to setup all your mods MCM's properly. Only after those things will you want to load into the world and see the nostalgic Riverwood again
