Nazzzgul666 Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 I forgot how to take screenshots xD But i had this several times that when i start a new game the default face looks like i'm an elder race. Only Nord, but still... the weirdest thing is, i didn't change mods between leaving my old game and starting a new one. Or well, i did but changing it back doesn't change anything. I did add a lot of mods between my young looking character creation and disbanding the old game, which is why i've decided to better start a new one right away, but it's not as simply as something overwrites my face textures.

Well that is all very spongy. Did you check if it's just a added dirt overly or another race?

It's just the nord, breton looks differently too with some warpaint by default but not like 90 years old. Didn't check others and couldn't tell their default anyways^^ *edit: and it's not dirt, i can go and take a screenshot if needed.^^

Oh! Uh... i honestly didn't try that, it was the very first that appeared anf for breton i just loaded my own preset then. I'm honestly not even sure what you mean... is there something like a "face" slider? Usually i either modified the very first or loaded a preset that i had, be it downloaded or from an older game.

In the top left - Presets and a slider bar. Move that slider and you will get a selection of different Redguards. Screenshots are always good.

blank_v Posted June 21, 2020 Posted June 21, 2020 1) Open RaceMenu ( Console "~" then type: showracemenu ) 2) Go to "Head" Tab 3) find "Complexion" slider 4) Move it from 0 to 1 and then go back to 0 if This don't work in same RM Tab change "FacePart" by default it should be Skyrim, change it to Dawnguard ( if u have DLCs ) Those Sliders: Spoiler You can fix this problem this way every time u open RaceMenu ( and create new character ) or u can fix problem in source... just fix Your Mods and LO + Delete old trash Paint mods... ( Update them or something... or just delete ) Maybe u use some broken / old mods... idk... but i saw this problem many times and it was always Complexion or Face Part problems ;x... //Edit: Gray are u blind or something?... She looks like 60/70 not 40 / 50...

Though it should be easy enough to find out what is doing it, load everything into xedit, then check the hmm, think it is prisoner npc for each race. After a quick check, maybe not so easy as I have not idea what values I am looking at to change the complexion settings. Though if anybody is interested what you are looking for the npc called prisoner, nothing else and the edid will be <race>male <race>femalepresetxx, with race being nord, etc. and xx being a number, they are in the base game esm. Though oddly enough non of the female nord ones are being overwritten in my game, but the complexion slider is at 2 on the default nord female setting.
