Then uncheck the hkx box in FNIS (that's for SE). Make sure FNIS is loaded appropriately in mo2. Make certain that all your animations are for LE and not SE.

IT IS FIXED ty all who try to help me it was 2 problems one i had forgot to put "run as admin on mo2" and https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14871this mod fucked it upp i am sorry for wasting all peppoles time but you all have healped a fool to replay this game as he want
