SkyUI causes CTD in cities/towns while opening inventory/map or pausemenu

As the title says, I get everytime a CTD when opening menus with skyUI while in or at a town/city. I tried with SkyUI-Away if that would fix it but it didnt worked. The map CTD happens only when I use the TMM1 command to discover all locations. I also tried to delete all my savefiles/reinstall skyrim+mods and starting from scratch but that didnt worked either.

Using SKSE non steam version (cuz I know about that buggy steam version)

SkyUI is not your problem. Have you tried your load order on a new game? Tried cleaning your save with falrims tools?

Edit: The other posibility is that one bad mesh or texture from another mod could be causing a ctd when entering menu mode

your Load Order seems to be a mess but if it works every thing is good .

 

have you installed anything that add a different hud , map , crafting , etc to your game interface by a mod or directly to skse or skse overwrite.

 

and can you remember when the ctd has started ?

 

a papyrus log would be nice to have even if it is doubtful that it gives any serious lead.
