Guest Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 has anyone else had trouble with todays update? sims has been literally unplayable, cannot load without crashing to desktop, took 100+ times to finally get a load and couldn't save because it crashed straight to desktop, never had an issue with this until todays update
GhoulOni Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 I do not crash but my Mods do not want to interact with each other anymore. I only have WW 153.d I or the155.b dont know what to do X.x lastException_63724982278.txt
thaclone Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 so... the latest version ofKinky Whims (v6.31) supports WW Version v155.a ("The public release of Wicked Whims v155a (Public)") and you are running WW v155b so why do you think, it gives you an error?

thaclone Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 I accidentally answered GhoulOnis question, sorry 'bout that BUT, I woul recommend going to the WW thread with your question - it's better then making an own topic, because usually there is a bigger chance of getting help

GhoulOni Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 The public release of Wicked Whims v155a or v156.4 (Patreon) On 5/13/2020 at 7:27 AM, BillyPilgrim said: Update or uninstall Kinky Whims. I might not be best at Math, but if something requires v155.a thev155.b will not work. I tried the update of Kinky whims already before i posted. Are there any news on that ? Or does anyone know where to find the v155.a Versions ?

Your error message specifically says that the version of Kinky Whims you have installed won't work with that version of Wicked Whims. If that is the latest version of Kinky Whims, then you need to wait for that mod to be updated to work. You should check with the author of Kinky Whims. It's not a problem with Wicked Whims.
qipps Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 I don't use kinky whims but i also had some problems when playing the sims 4 with the newest ww update. But maybe it's because i'm playing on macos, i can't tell for sure.
Oops19 Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 To improve the API issues with other mods a LongTermVersion would be nice, e.g. v155LTS valid for at least 2 month which would allow all other modders to use it as a reference as long as Turbo is releasing a fix / new version every week. Actually I did not install a few of the last updates - there are too many mods to check. I prefer to live with an 'outdated' WW version and mods. Updating it together with EA/TS4 works quite good.
GhoulOni Posted May 19, 2020 Posted May 19, 2020 @Oops19 I am afraid it is the only way to go My question is WHERE DO I FIND THE v.155.A!!!!!!!!!!! Version. How is this not a WW / Turbo problem ?

How is this not a WW / Turbo problem ? You won't find it anywhere. Just update Kinky Whims like you're supposed to do. Turbodriver isn't responsible for you failing to read instructions on mods that aren't his own.

Please use Google or any other search engine and search for "v155a wicked whims download" - It should return download links, likely not on loverslab.com so skip the first results.
GhoulOni Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 ㅂㅍ둫ㄷ뭋ㄷ. @ Vengence. You are failing to read. Dont get involved if you are not willing to help. I have update my Mod, but the mod wanted the Version. So go troll somewhere else. Unbelieveable. Thank you OOPS19. I will try.

You carelessly updating WW to a newer version that Kinky Whims clearly states is unsupported and won't work is nobody's fault but your own. The only unbelievable thing is that, nearly one month on, you're still crying about it and asking for an outdated version of WW rather than just updating your mods properly. (Reading the KW download page would tell you that it has been updated to support WW v155a-f) 1
