im getting a CTD issue

Game will CTD when i approach a town. sometimes crash is delayed but it seems to always crash. im linking my modlist and order.

 

i suspect that devious devices is the mod that is giving me this issue.

 

but i really like the mod and am hoping that there is a way to make it work with the rest of my mods.

man ive put so much time into this thing and i really want it to work. devious devices is such a cool mod. anyways lemme know if theres anyhting that can be done
