Here's the problem:

 

There are probably about 300-400 frames for Blaze alone. Retro characters typically have around 200 or so. This would be a VERY pricey commission. I've only seen people complete this kind of thing out of pure passion and drive. It's just a crap ton of work, so don't be surprised if they lose interest or refund you due to the sheer amount of work and dedication it would take.

No, that would be a fetish mod, not a nude mod. Feet are common to see pretty much anywhere. If you see someone barefoot but still has a top and bottom on, they are not naked. If you see their genitals exposed, that means they are at least "partially naked".

 

It's common to include barefoot, but it's not essential.

@James39 Barefeet are a niche interest amongst artists whereas nude seems to please everyone in the nude mod community, that's why you'll see less 2D art mods that have barefeet. Someone with enough passion and time might come along eventually and make them though.

Also a lot of games just require you to model the feet once or even just use an existing model that has bare feet (like a bathrobe or towel costume or something).

 

For this game, you have to draw literally hundreds of feet. I'm no artist, but I've heard that hands and feet are among the hardest things to get right.
