Remove SAM & see what happens.

LOL,, I'd lose all the best, newest animations, and all sorts of special effects for my PH channel videos,, all the best  , freshly re-touched working Sex Organs,, your funny man.  SAM is the best thing that has happened recently. Everything is better With SAM

How would I do my dances, video opening and closing touches?  Play idles, dancetopia, or any animation I want for video  Covers pics,, etc?  I mean if you know of another way to do all that without SAM,, I'm all ears.

When I make vids, I like to open SAM and finger down the thousands of "animation" options, from all packs, and select new stuff for any random video to combine with creatures and backgrounds from the video (or PH will delete it) that I can use as opener or closing pick without violating PH rules.  Sam is an AMAZING tool.  EXAMPLE:  simple dance before and after video recording:  https://www.pornhub.com/view_video.php?viewkey=650670a454f20&t=5

I didn't say to remove it permanently.

I really don't give a fuck how great a mod is. IF it could be in conflict with other mods, remove it to verify IF it's the root cause. It's a simple process of elimination. Once the root cause is found you can then either fix the offending mod or, the other/s to work with the offender.

But, if you're unwilling to get to the root of your issue in order to find a solution, don't ask for help.

Who of you guys is using Lewd Talks? Do you have the big zero 0 from mod's widget on your screen?

The thing is that I had installed that mod and there were two big zeros. I configured Lewd Talks in MCM, set widget scale to 0.1 and one of that zeros had disappeared. But the other zero remains on my screen. I had asked the author in his mod thread, but he didn't answer.

Hi! Kinda weird - Is it BodyGen files issue? Removed all non-human themes, reinstalled UAP removing everything non-human related.

It looks like this is something else but i completely don't understand. Overlay set means tattoos, but how it can be related to AAF? Is AAF new version forcing to use...LooksMenu 0.6.18 instead of 0.6.20? Previously i had no issues running AAF + LM 0.6.20 with Buffout 4 patch for LM

Error [086] can be ignored entirely.

"Load order" can pretty much only correctly be used to refer to the ordering of plugins, since the game quite literally uses a file called loadorder.txt to hold that information.

"Install order" (or installation) has classically been the term for the precedence of files between different mods, to determine how conflicts over a common filename can be resolved. It;s a bit of a misnomer in the modern era of mod managers that support adjusting the overwrite/override order of files on the fly without reinstalling, so I'll sometimes use the terms "deploy order" (or deployment) instead.

Correct, and somewhat not.

Mostly because 'Install Order' would've mattered back with Nexus Mod Manager, since it mattered which mod overwrote other mod's files when installing them.

Only way 'Install Order' sort of matters sometimes, is when a mod you're installing, needs to detect other installed mods ( *looks at Themes needing AAF enabled first, and UAP checking for installed/enabled animations* )

At the same time, you're differentiating it as someone who's experienced with this whole thing. And as a modder.

The average person who's getting into modding has no sweet fucking clue what any of it means.

Which is why we should, at least, standardize simpler terms that are a bit more obvious.

Mod order. Plugin order. Simple. Point gets across easier.

Are you using CBBE Animated Fannies by any chance?

From my own experience, having it while also having SAM and shit set up on my end, would fuck things up and lag the fuck out of the game during scenes.

While it is a minor niggle, but could we get the formatting on the main page back to what it was before it was taken down.

If you mean how there's 'spaces' between each line, blame LL's formatting. I don't remember what I did to fix it back then, but it's not wanting to cooperate.

EDIT: Somewhat figured it out and fixed some bits of it. But the process of doing the whole thing is just a fucking hassle. I'll get to fixing it up all in bits, eventually.

Also could a changelog be added at the bottom of it so that folks know what was changed when you make minor to major changes to the list please.

This has been asked before, and I'll just keep refusing to. For several reasons.

First one, this isn't a mod. So there are no technical changes or updates you need to be aware of.

Second one, most of the 'changes' the past year or two have been additions of mods. Main AAF setup versions have barely changed, outside of AAF's version and one or other mod.

Third, but not last: Maybe I want y'all to do some actual reading, research and cross-checking of your own, instead of skipping to a TL;DR.

Bloody ass! Forcing folks to LEARN!!!

I'd be offended, but that's a very smart thing to do. Just don't tell anyone I said that. sssshhhhh.

I completely agree, the main challenge there is when referencing other mods whose authors have used more ambiguous terms, and trying to explain to a new user what the mod author really meant.

No one using Lewd Talks?

I installed everything according to your instructions, however none of the mods are working in game. What do I do?

Edit: Nevermind, I found the issue. I just made a typo when editing the fallout4custom.ini lol

When opening AAF controls, they look like this (squares/boxes?) and characters stand on top of each others in place when scene begins. What am I doing wrong here?

AAF 171

UAP 2.6.64

Edit//Solution (kinda): Couldnt figure out what was wrong with this version of AAF listed above, but: downgrading AAF to 161.1b from Nexus got animations to work again. And disabling a custom Font mod made those weird blocks readable.

Where is "there"? I followed this guide in this thread. If there is another one somewhere, i don't know where "there" is.

Found out the squares were affected by "classic Fallout 3 fonts" though, disabling that made the text visible again. Didnt fix animations though.

If u get latest AAF, it fixes missing fonts GUI.
