Crashdown117 Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 Well, since the face seems to be the only part affected, my guess would be tongue or teeth meshes - especially teeth, since they don't look like the regular ones in your pic. It could also be related to makeup, accessoiries and skin details (or anything else occupying slots in the facial region), but I'd definitely start with tongue, teeth and maybe eyes, too. Just copy every bit of CC from these categories to somewhere out of your Mods folder (e.g. Desktop) and check, if the issue persists, then copy them back a few at a time, check again and so on.
Scorpio Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 Because it affects every sim you try to make in CAS it's also a cc that's a default replacement. No EA Eyelashes, Fangs, Tongue rigs, and Hair Physics are just a few well known that cause problems.

TheL0neWanderer Posted February 12, 2020 Author Posted February 12, 2020 Ok so i figured out the problem. It was Cien No EA lashes mod. I had performed a batch fix with sims 4 studio and that caused the issue. A New download of the CC fixed the issue.

Don't batch fix any body mods as they will break. always take them out of your mods folder before hand. Also same with script mods.
