Ignore my previous comment. I shouldn't reply to user's questions at 5 in the morning. I was confusing MSEX with WSEX.

WSEX needs a compatibility patch, MSEX doesn't, though this mod does have a requirement

oh god, this sucks, the damn google always showed me that the limit of .esp/esm was 255, but in reality this was without the mod mls that make the limit reach that number, and i did not know that until now, i dowloaded that mod and seems to be working now, thanks for the help.

The scanner will only run once because this variable increments everytime a Khan fucks you. For the scanner to continue to run, this line should be:

 

if qkhans >= 2

 

Yes I know, years later ...  I made the suggested change by fonixphoenix and used the fixed version of User09 as a base. I couldn't really test it yet and I am not sure if I will actually reach that part in my new run. But maybe this helps someone. I remember that this mod was quite interesting. Please also note that I am not really experienced with the modding tools.
