nitroike Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Ok, I must be missing something really obvious. I've installed all the mods needed...SexLab, M2M Gay Animations, SexLab SubMit & Matchmaker, and all prereqs...but I can't figure out what I need to do to start the actual sex animations. I figured out to press "N" to take control of a character, or with Submit how to do conversations, but then when it gets to where I would think it would start an animation, he just walks away. What am I doing wrong?
Grey Cloud Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 One doesn't use SexLab to start an animation. SexLab takes care of the 'behind the scenes' mechanics of things. Usually one has mods which provide dialogue options to start sex, e.g. prostitutions mods or slavery mods. Submit is a combat sex mod where you submit rather than fight to the death. Assuming you have everything else required and set up correctly then you could use Matchmaker.
nitroike Posted January 5, 2020 Author Posted January 5, 2020 UPDATE: I think I was able to figure out how to start animations, but now the characters just stand in the same spot and do nothing when animation is supposed to be happening. I can hear sound effects, and when I press End it acts like it was animating.

You can start animations through sexlab by targeting another person and using the animation editor tab. I think that's what it's called but it might be something else, there'll be a drop down that lets you pick which animation you'd like to use, or you can download some other mod that starts animations without the MCM
nitroike Posted January 5, 2020 Author Posted January 5, 2020 Yes I've attempted to reinstall FNIS a few times, is there something else I need to do to update it? I've also tried re-sorting the load order with the Skeleton mod below SOS, and FNIS last, but I'm still getting a message that the animation has started, and then my character and the NPC just stacked on top of each other with nothing happening. Please help
nitroike Posted January 5, 2020 Author Posted January 5, 2020 Ok I think I got it..I watched a youtube video that explained how to open FNIS as an executable, which then updated itself and now the animations are happening! Thank you very much for your help.
Grey Cloud Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 Glad you got it working. Just remember that you have to run FNIS any time you add or remove animation packs or the skeleton otherwise you will get the T-Pose.

Puedo escuchar efectos de sonido, y cuando presiono Fin, actúa como si estuviera animando. How you do it to start an animation?

Grey Cloud Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 You could start by reading the posts in this thread. If that doesn't help then: For LE https://stepmodifications.org/wiki/SkyrimLE:3.0.0 https://www.loverslab.com/blogs/entry/7521-conglomerate-01-installing-skyrim-stability-fixes-tools/

Sexlab is the framework for sexy times, now go out there and grab a mod that triggers sexlab scenes. Some start it via dialogue, some force you, some are merly tools like sexlab tools or matchmaker. Sexlab opens you the door to a lot of debauchery. For just testing use the SL debug spells. You get them if debug in SL is active. Check your spells. Edited January 4, 2022 by donttouchmethere
Humungous_Mood Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 I have M2M gay animations installed. How can I start the animations? Is there supposed to be a menu appearing? A hotkey? Please I've been stuck on this for 2 days.

Matchmaker does it quick and simple, although its more for testing to make sure things work.
