OK so basically i'm a lazy fuck and have been looking around for awhile can someone please help me with finding some muscle mods for females other than famous and also I was wondering some good male mods like bijin was for the females my goal is to make everyone in the game look sexy af

You could download a skin like Demoniac then pick the options for muscle maps during the installation process. While finding the 'best' male mods are impossible since that is a matter of opinion, I could suggest some which might improve your 'immersion' somewhat such as Floppy SOS or HDT male body or Shape Atlas for Men.

If you're comfortable with mix and matching your texture files from other mods the Leyenda's All In One has a huge choice in it, you might also get the same variety in his skin pack

I've not looked but it's a smaller download so might be worth starting there.

 

You don't need to install the mods, just unpack them and copy/paste the skins to the appropriate folders.

It also works better, IMO, if you have a custom race that uses it's on skin paths so you can make your character ripped but the other females look normal.

 

Agree with FauxFurry, body replacers would be SOS or SAMs. as for overhauls I use DX's Better Men
