Can someone help me/ tell me what is making most of my mods not appear in Mod Config

I know RDO doesn't have a menu in mod config for Special edition so you don't have to help me on that mod.

Using two different frameworks to manage follower NPCs? both mods will punch you each time you want to use either mod. Chances are, one is going to overwritte instructions and features, both may have some intact features and most likely some broken ones. The ultimate question is why would you want to do that. Just pick one.

Ok so I narrowed down my mod/plugin list to a good one. However now I crash whenever I leave whiterun and I don't know what is causing the crash. I sorted load order through loot and no warnings show up.

 

**Also if the plugin doesn't have an number/letter next to it that means I disabled them because they either aren't meant for the game or are redundant.**

You should start a new game to determine if you have a working mod list.  After removing and adding mods like that  your save is pretty hosed and it's impossible to say if it can be cleaned up enough to use for a stable game let alone to figure out if a current mod is causing problems.
