Did you place the building somewhere in the world?  When you do, make certain you set it as Red Apple Office, or something like that.

Hello this looks to be a fun mod. Very good job, is working well until I get my first promotion. I will register the two days of working but will not update the writing skill. I have tried the books, the computer. I even knocked my skill down to 0 in writing. When I practice writing the sims progression bar shows it fill from 0  to 1 but no response to the gain in the job tasks. Has any one else had this trouble?

Unfortunately, when Electronic Arts adds new DLC, they tend to make other modifications which render problems in many mods.  In general, when an EA update occurs, it's best to remove any mods which haven't been cleared as good to use.  Or keep from updating your sims 4 files until the mods you use have been cleared for use with the latest.   I don't know the specific problems for AEP, but I've seen complaints of sims missing context when using a computer, not being able to go to the job and other problems, which I can't remember.

 

Also mods which haven't been updated can introduce hidden errors which can come back to haunt your game later on.  I had a nice multi-generation game which got ruined because I didn't heed the warnings.  It seemed to work for a while and then ... disaster.

Well fortunately all my sims who will be working for AEP have to start from the very beginning anyway 

 

That means making videos from home & upload them to AEP via a video station so they won't be affected ?

In my Prison game save, I could EITHER...

 

Put a standalone office on a lot adjacent to the prison, have the Warden buy it & run it as a Prison run business with INMATES hired as staff

 

OR...

 

Put the CC intensive underground version UNDER the prison so it can be run as a Prison run business from BEHIND prison walls :) lol

I downloaded the map and set it up correctly (I can go to work with the sim and everything), but when I go to the lot there are no employees and no boss. Does anyone know a solution to this?

From what I've seen missing boss and employees is usually from having the script file too deep or not in the same folder as the mod files.  Check that the redapplenet-files are only one folder deep from the mod folder.  For example, .../mods/redapplenet/redapplenet-files  as opposed to the non-working .../mods/ksuihuh/redapplenet/redapplenet-files

something strange happened to me, after being promoted once, the goal asks me to reach level 2 of "writing", why don't you update me? as you can see I have already passed level 2 of writing

If you think you've met the requirements for promotion, next time it's time for work, send your sim to work rather than follow them.  This seems to have helped others to get promoted.

I love this mod! But I’m having an issue where my sim won’t get promoted. The bar is on excellent, the promotion tasks are all completed, and I’ve followed the third task option all the way in the office with the boss but after I’m done doing the nasty nothing happens and it just goes back to talk to boss again and I don’t get promoted. Has anyone else has this problem? :) x

What I am typing is for all of the mods from Ksuihuh.

If you go to the Patreon site (https://www.patreon.com/ksuihuh/posts) of author, it shows they are getting updated.

So, in the future, just check in the Patreon site link.

So, unless the mods got uploaded to this site, for now, it is only for Patreon.
