I have Skyrim VR, the mod does not recognize papyrusutility. I installed everything according to the guide, step by step. No errors, crashes to desktop, the game starts and works without a problem. I have other mods installed that are necessary for Sexlab, such as Sexlab loader, animations, etc. Nothing happens when I cast spells on myself and NPCs or just a few NPCs. I don't know if this is the cause but Sexlab does not recognize papyrusutility, it says that I have the wrong version installed, it should be VR 3.6+. And that's exactly what I have, 3.6b for VR. Reinstalling papyrus did not help, all other mods work properly.

Make sure it isn't overwritten by sexlab or any other mod.

When installing Papyrus Utility I had information about a file conflict. So I chose the option "use new" or something like that. As I understand it, Papyrus then overwrites the one from SL?

If this is true, then that will make the mod incompatible with VR. Unless the author makes a VR version of the file, too, derived from the corresponding SL VR patch.

Hey so I have everything installed(i checked the in game MCM for sexlab and it says i have all the prereqs) and downloaded ZaZ animations being sure to use FNIS, i tried testing it with debug and using the spells. Once i cast it and when i imagine an animation i supposed to play out, my character auto unequips the spells. But nothing happens the target NPC just pauses awkwardly for a moment then continues walking

Edit: more info, when snooping around the MCM for Sexlab i noticed it said i have zero animations in the registry, while saying i did have a number of voices and other things.

You have to register Zaz animations in the Zaz MCM, and also download and install the Sexlab Animation Loader (SLAL) and some animation packs, enable those in SLAL, and then register in SLAL (will probably take quite a while) Make sure not to go back a step in the MCM, after clicking Register, otherwise, the animations will register, but the confirmation menu that they have loaded will block the menus. A save can be made, I think, but you will have to exit the game and restart.

I managed to fix it but there is another problem. SOS does not work, no genitals, there is simply a hole there. I often lose control of my hands, when I go forward I actually move backwards, the same goes for going left or right, I move in the opposite direction. Additionally, there is a strange effect, everything fades away and I only see a white-gray void, sometimes it is permanent and sometimes such flashes. I have found that it matters depending on which direction I look and it always occurs with the partial loss of control I mentioned.

Hi, I'm trying to install Sexlab for skyrim VR, I have the papyrys ones installed but I still get the error message

I don't remember, how this came to be, but I have the ESL patch disabled (with ESL support active) and everything seems to be working. So I'm guessing there was an issue with the patch...

Just going based off assumptions here, but make sure Sexlab doesn't overwrite anything from PapyrusUtil VR. Sexlab already comes with a different (non-VR) version of papyrus, so you'll either need PapyrusUtil VR to overwrite Sexlab (by placing it below) or hide/delete the conflicting files from Sexlab alltogether.

Lol, this got the game running for me.

Thanks, Sexlab is overwriting PapyrysUtil, I just checked. How do I hide/delete the sexlab files? Using MO2

Or that... 😅

But doesn't sound disabling the patch like a bad idea? Haven't messed with ESL too much so far myself, after getting everything (more or less) to work the way it should without it, I'm now too lazy to redo everything and start from scratch. Although I do see the benefits and definitely want to change over at some point.

If you are using MO2 (your screenshot looks like it), just place Papyrus VR "below" Sexlab.

For the second option, basically this:

(or delete the files one by one from the filetree tab)

Disabling the mod or moving Sexlabs to lower priority than papyrys got it running for me now :D

It does, doesn't it. I think it was giving my game CTDs or something like that, so even if it's a bad idea, at least the game works. All the ESL mods work.
edit: But I am going to check out the above-suggested load order thing.

What's the latest supported Devious Devices for VR? I got the VR one working but it looks like so many mods need different ones to work. I'm done soon done with animations. I'm trying to get the Devious Devices NG to work with VR.

I didn't understand what kind of sex lab it is and where to download it?

Download version 1.63 from here:

And then apply SL VRpatch Beta8 38, from here (you'll need to scroll down a bit for the links):

I have 3bbb installed with no issues, so I can't really tell, but I still don't feel like I really understand how the entire Bodyslide building of bodies works, and don't know half the time what I'm doing. But seems to work more less. It's important to learn to understand how the load order works. What files are being overwritten by what, and what these files do. It's a long journey, but you'll get the hang of it, eventually. Wrye Bash also helps with resolving some issues, I think, though its internal workings are still a mystery to me. And, for VR, I would definitely recommend MO2 over Vortex. And use profiles, and have naming conventions for installed mods to make filtering easier...

Well, yes, I've been betting for 2 days after MO 2. I read on the forums that it's much better through it. The only thing is, the Order, can you tell me what the order is, or can I delete mods in the MOD itself, and not be afraid that everything will break?

Ps: I install with MO2 papyrus SE, and then manually throw DLL files inside, but the Sexlab does not see them. HOW?!
