As much as I hate to see anyone fail, I understand where you're coming from. Let us all hope that Bethesda and Todd learn from this clusterf*ck and return to their roots - single player open world games. Even as this ongoing Fallout 76 mess makes me more pessimistic, I still hold out hope that we'll get an Elder Scrolls 6 that's not ruined with multiplayer and lootboxes.

At this point I doub it for TES6. I've pretty much lost all hope for this company over the past years. If they announced TES6 like 5 years ago I would've instantly pre-ordered it .... right now I'm doubtful I would buy it at all.... maybe I'll go play a pirate once again. Also Nonetheless this whole fallout 76 bullcrap has been a goldmine for memes.

Bethesda never learns from their mistakes. Because in their eyes they don't make mistakes. They were in the vanguard of macrotransactions with the horse armor from Oblivion (cosmetics with gameplay advantages). They double-downed with Hearthfire for Skyrim. Let's be honest, it a gameplay enhancement macrotransaction. Then the "Creation Club" which is paid mods and just another form of maroctransactions for FO4 and Skyrim. Then we get to Fallout 76. A marketable idea (multiplayer in the Fallout universe was a good idea) that was released WAAAAYYYYYY too early (unfinished and buggy as crap). With the various clusterfucks related to it (recalled helmet, glorified gym bag instead of the promised canvas bag, overpriced/faked out/crappy-tasting rum bottle, etc, etc, etc), they then have the balls to tell people to pay 100 a year for nothing more than crap that should have been free. And released in a bugged out state - almost all of the new features were broken in 1 way or another. Yeah, they don't learn... By the way, has anyone heard anything about Starfield at all? I'm really looking forward to that one... Another dumpster fire in the offing. Think I'll go download The Outer Worlds...

Especially since we all know their game was never fixed to begin with.
