I've played the Peculiar Pets/Raphtalia quest four times now. I was able to complete it twice and it got stuck at Pimp Daddy twice.

Jacob has only "yeah" and "huh" dialogues (as well as Lucy, Ned, Elijah...).

 

BTW, I finished CS story, it's shut down, so no interferences could be the culprit. 

 

 

 

Thanks for the report and the image. It's clear from the image that the ref alias' failed to fill. I'd be curious if that happens every time you start the job or not. My guess would be it fails semi randomly. Just looking at the script I can see some reasons why that could happen and ways to avoid it. Also does this happen to be your first run of the whore job on that save? As for Jacob his unique dialogue is blocked, along with a few other unique npcs, while working.

I just played this quest again. I asked the bartender if I could do anything for him. He said no, but maybe the the guy at the cross might have something. When I spoke to the guy at the cross all I got was "yeah?" and "huh?" from him. I don't know if there is some kind of pre-requisite that is needed or not. But, otherwise, I could complete the quest.

 

His dialogue is supposed to be blocked while working/on the job. Do you happen to remember if you where working when you talked to him?
