4. character went upstairs I cleaned the 2 dirt piles, painted the wall, the ladder appeared but I could not click on it.

5. finally saved, and quite completely out of game, and restarted. then I could use the ladder.

6. The manor master showed. but could never speak to him, and he would not speak to me.  I tried the same things quite, disable enable, but nothing seems to work.

so I was stopped there with the Mansion Quest :(

Oh I do remember a bethesda engine problem with moving items around. It has probably carried over to FO4.

 

1. I do not know how you are enabling your ladder.

2. I use to make a storage room with and Xmarker for return ref, and keep all items in it.  NPC could be moved pretty much with just a Moveto command.

3. Items were a different story. It was always best to disable and Item then use Moveto, then enable it.

4. Something to do with the collision or graphics I forget.  But I do remember it could cause you problems, and it would not do it every time so pinning down the problem could be testy.

5. but if you move the Item's like i said Disable,moveto,enable never a problem.

 

May not be a problem in FO4 but I bet it is still hanging around.

On the dialogue dropping if it were skyrim I would say you needed to update your SEQ because you maybe added a quest or upped something.

 

But I have not seen SEQ in FO4, and I have not started trying to Mod FO4 in any major way to know if it has something similar.

I'm thinking the issues your having with the activators may be on your end. A couple people have reportedly been able to complete those quests without issue. The dialogue bug is probably because I uploaded a bugged version though. I'm about to upload a fixed version when i get done testing it but I couldn't find any issue with the bathe activators when testing and nothing in the code would explain the issue your having.

  I have had it no where else, but you may be right.  I never rule out anything, but I would be lost as to what to look at as it has happened no where else :).

 

Is the manor master suppose to begin the conversation on his own, or should I click on him ? 

 

EDIT >> I was sort of tickled to get past the first room though, that was a major improvement ?

About physics you mention, i believe CBP physics is quite good. although that is only about body physics only if my memory serve me right. For now , you can only choose from cloth physics like dress etc. or body physics like chest. 

Edit : CBP is active through F4SE. so things will work as long as you have CBBE or Fusion Girl that supported by CBP.

Edit 2 : i tried and if was quite fun. mostly work, just sometime it stuck like bound to serve the third one about candle.

He is supposed to start the conversation, but if that failed you would be able to click him.

something I was wondering about is the submission, just how much does it play into events during the game.  I was wondering just what happens or is more likely to happen at higher perversion or submission or domination.

 

Also just how high the percentages could go if they have a top out point.  I know they are great Global's to have for I am sure many thing's, but I was just curious how you were planing to use them. Also the consequences of higher value's.

I havn't made much use of them yet. but how i intend for submission to work is that its a value from 0 - 1000 and will be broken into tiers. you start at 500,

 

1000 you are broken, the value locks and you basically won't be able to refuse any request.

999-850 very submissive

849-700 submissive

550-699 slightly submissive

451-549 neutral

0-450 dominant

 

Certain events would be gated behind these values, for example to work as a whore at the brothel you would need to be very submissive. To work as a dom you would have to be dominant.

 

And then for the approach events there would basically be a different version of the event depending on your profile. For example lets say your approached by a guy for sex. If your profile is neutral he may say let's fuck, and you have the options like

 

submit

unsure

turn the tables on him (dominant)

no

 

whereas if your broken your options would be

submit

submit

submit

submit

 

and the more submissive you are the more outlandish his demands might be. obviously this stuff isn't really implemented at the moment.

so you start at 500 in dominance,perversion, and submissive ?

ya so + 1 submission would put you at 501, +1 dominance would put you at 499 for example. Corruption/perversion would probably be 0-100 not 0-1000 but I haven't settled on the specifics yet. 

 

Also I've tested and updated the download file. Thankfully the dialogue bug didn't make an appearance this time. Listing the bugfixes one more time. I'm pretty confidant in this one.

That all looks good I am thinking or hoping the mansion master not speaking to me may have been your dialogue stoppage.

 

That made me understand the don,sub,perv,corruption.  I see a dom, and a sub both moving toward perversion, how ever one would masochistically accept it , and the other would sadistically use it.  Or that would be my thinking on that. The corruption the same way I assume.

 

I hate that you have to drop back from the Cunnilingus, as in some of your dialogue it would have been more immersive, but it is really nice to move right through the scene's.

 

Glad you fixed that VR, and Slave ending, they were fun, but after getting stuck once or twice on them I avoided them ?

 

and it will be nice to see the Brook thing finish.

 

Your doing good stuff here. it is just such a cornucopia of different things that can happen.  I always enjoyed making my own Land, it give you so much more freedom to do what ever you want with out messing up the main game.

 

EDIT >>> In a way the Dom,sub,perv,corruption allow you to tailor quests to the player.. by there choices>>> Sort of pick there brain for the desired game play

1. well I got through the Bathhouse, had to save and quit game and restart to change outfit at locker but that worked, and the rest of it all did fine. no more hitches.

2. I managed to do the mansion with a little glitch at the end.

3. I was stuck in TFC out side next to the dumpster and my body was no where to be found if I attempted to use the console TFC it would just replayed the last message PopUp.

4. I did the dumpinputenablelayers and reset then targeted and NPC and got there ID and used player.moveto (NPC ID).  and all was fine. Tricky but I got through it. ?

Tried with latest version, and I downloaded the mod for the clothing just to see if bodyslide worked properly (it does)

 

Still can't get the mirelurks to not kill me and I kept an eye on the health. There was no major hit to go from 26% to dead, it went down slowly and had time to do the rising heartbeat sound before dying.

 

Bondage shop works now as does the outhouse scene.

 

Brothel scenes as the maid all work, but there is a long pause before the 1st animation starts

 

 

Got some ideas for you to consider:

 

The experimental outfit: Could come with an address attached to start a quest. You go to the house and the maid asks if you want a job as a house maid. A dom character would get the option to get someone else to be enslaved and start a sub-quest to find someone - their charisma being the factor that decides how easy it is. A more sub character would have options to choose the uniform herself or refuse only. 

Once in the uniform the house maid then tries to attach the control collar. A more Dom character would stop them (if they decided to wear the uniform) a sub character could try or a VERY sub character would love to / have no choice. Once on, you could possibly do something like a resist thing based on your intelligence / endurance. You get x number of times to resist and your score based on your stats would reduce each time. If it goes below a given value you lose control and become a slave maid, otherwise you throw off the collar / device. So basically say there are 5 rounds to resist and your start with an average of 6 for your intelligence / endurance. Each round the score drops by 1 and if it drops below 2 you're enslaved. So more intelligent / stronger willed characters fight it off, weaker have to submit. You could reduce the starting score by how sub you are at the time using your sub-stat :)Each round you're given the option to fight / submit.

Casino entrance is now a bit hit or miss. I've CTD'd twice now on entering. 

 

If you are wearing the panties and they change to 'worn' in the middle of a dialogue it breaks the dialogue and you're left with 4 empty choices. This happened when I started the conversation about not being able to pay my debt.

 

Whore job works to conclusion, but a 3-way job only had a simple animation not all 3 actors.

Yes I got that too, everything went to my body size but the panties. For some reason they did not obey my body slide.  But I activated the mod in MO2,  and left the .esp off. I have the clothing and armor I want, but I wanted the body slide, and if I decide to remove it latter should not be a problem this way.

 

If I decide I like them well enough I may tick the .esp latter.

 

EDIT >>> Only thing I am seeing wrong with your scenario Idea is..

 

I may be wrong, but I see some sort of all over the Island control system going on, many of the quests seem to be pushing and idea like maybe this Island was some sort of experiment in subconscious or subliminal control, and something is left over or still there implementing this control. ( But most of your Idea seems to be spot on )

 

Or maybe is still actively applying these experiments.  ( but that may not be the case, it just gives me the feeling that maybe the Author has something like that in the works )  Which is why I see the controlling outfit placed there. 

 

All the quests I have seen so far many of them deal with the most taboo activities, and genetic alteration of some of the NPC, and technical engineering of devices to control or motivate a person to ignore these normally taboo activities seems to be visible to me.

 

If this were the case it would give the Author much more leeway in scenario building, and in many case's a much easier or understandable reason as to why these choices are being pushed or induced on the Player.

Not tried again yet, still stuck with random CTDs when entering the Casino

 

Oh, and I have the same issue with body-slide and the panties. Everything else adapts except them.

 

Interesting point about the Island... I was looking at individual scenarios and not the bigger picture. The OP could be looking at a long term goal within the Island and not just my short-term kinky RP ideas.

Hmm not sure whats the issue on the mirelurk quest I'll take another look at it. I like the ideas for the mansion quest though.

The panties actually aren't from that other mod so that's why the bodyslide doesn't work for them, my bad for not communicating that exception. As for the island I haven't thought that deeply about the overall narrative. My initial idea was that there was a rival to vaulttech/ the institute that was headquartered on the island and they basically attempted to avoid the nuclear fallout by phasing the island in some way. The result of that phasing left peoples minds affected adversely resulting in the culture you see today. It doesn't work very well when all of the art assets I have to use clearly experienced the affects of nuclear fallout. Regardless the overall narrative isn't all that important for the mod at the moment, I do intend to have the remnants of that companies science department out in the wilderness if I ever get there.

How often do you get the CTD, is it 50/50 or more often than not? Regardless I'll look into it.

1.Yes it was like and Itch I could not scratch ? on the finishing those two.  I did do something different in my INI that may help not sure have not retried them yet.

 

2. I set the use game controller to 0 in the Prefs, not sure if that will help on that but I have never in all the mods I have ran ever ran into not being able to click on something like that. ( And I have truly ran a bunch of them ) but anyway I was thinking maybe you used a controller, or maybe that might some how be getting swapped so I figured just make sure it was off.

 

3. I kind of figured maybe you got the panties from a different source, was kind of why I mentioned it hoping you would shed some light on that.

 

4. I do like the Idea of a big mountain type control experimentation thing going on on the Island ?  But your story and I am just happy to test it some.

 

5. Thank you for that I had a feeling it was a "Getdistance <=" check thing maybe I will do that next time with brook.

 

6. On the approacher script I assume maybe you are adding a package to the approacher or you may have added a package to all of them and use a global and an EVP to flip it on I have not checked But I assume the alias has that package in it and it activate when ever you fill it>> If so you might set it to always run, could speed things up.

 

  Might also do a if player changed cell check to turn it off if player enters and interior cell. ( I had one follow me inside the bondage lady cell once, and they never left )

 

You may have those checks, fricking papyrus is terrible at dumping stack's, and then not reloading a variable when it resets.

you might console "TIM" you will still take damage, but health will never reach zero. This might help you get a low level character through the assault of the creatures. Not sure if it will let you reach 25% hP though.  ( I have died with TIM active though rad's and poison and such still will kill you for sure.)

1: i am having the same issue with brook as everyone else is, and i tried the move to the guard fix and it didnt work for me
2: the mistaken slave bit on the ship freezes my game to where i have to force quit and restart
3: i cant interact with blackbeard (cant figure out how to)
4: with the vr bit on the ship i get stuck in the vr
5: with the petplay couple on the ship, my game gets stuck because the 3rd anim wont play
