Thanks, i think I've found it, it's Stocking for SlaveTats.

Slave tats are more flexible, if you have a lot of mods in LO that want to undress you PC all the time for what ever reason ?‍♂️,

also helps with mods that recognize stockings as clothing while want you totally naked.

But that's not all: you can have your feet in stockings unrelated to the heels/boots you wear with them ?

I started with CBBE, then UNP and ended with UUNP - I found no stockings without clipping. The tats stockings does not have clippings even when I use extreme poses.

But the most annoying problem caused by heels - if they don't fit 100% to the stocking you have really weird effects. None of them with tats.

That's the only reason why I integrated tats into my outfit manager so they become real clothing.

I do not know if it contains stockings, but this is exactly that OP outfit.
