titpirate Posted August 4, 2019 Posted August 4, 2019 what it says on the tin. it's probably one of my mods, I went a little nuts after I got SL to actually work on my new computer and downloaded ALL the mods. tried to get more animations and thats when the game started crashing. Though I also downloaded a custom companion with a unique skeleton but I removed it because I suspected that was the culprit in the crashes. I gotta be honest, Im kinda retarded, so I need some help figuring out what is crashing my game.

KoolHndLuke Posted August 4, 2019 Posted August 4, 2019 Unistall your mods and start over with a new game. Install a few mods at a time and test, test, test. Never download and install "a buncho mods".....and expect your game to work. Understand that some people have worked on modding this game for years and never got it stable- mainly because they wouldn't take the time to study and do things right. The best advice I can give you is to read the installation instructions for every mod very carefully so you don't miss anything. Many mods need an extra something or tweak for them to work correctly. Also check bug reports and decide if the mod is worth the risk- I usually avoid mods with many bug reports or too many special requirements.

If you check my blog (link in my signature) that is my general advice to everyone. The second piece of advice I would give is to find a better way to display your load order. I'm afraid my old eyes can't make out much from the one that you have posted. My recommendation would be to go to LOOT and find the icon in the right upper corner on the blue bar that looks like three vertical dots or buttons. If you click on that your load order will be copied to the clipboard. Simply come back here and paste it in a spoiler.

When you "remove tunic", its more "swap tunic mesh for naked mesh". If "tunic" is OK, but "naked" is not, then I'd say its "naked" mesh. For male that would be SOS. For female it would be CBBE. If male crash, its SOS or mods that do something with male naked body. 2. Maybe Im blind, but I see no "XPMSE". Skeleton. You kinda need that or bad things can happen.
