fapmcfap Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 i know, i know i have yet another problem already, i realy suck at this, but after putting the files for the script extender (the one i got here) in the data/nvse/plugins folder upon launching NVSE it comes on a split second and doesnt launch fallout nv,i ahve the newest nvse so i dont know what is going on here
srayesmanll Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 1) Load Order. Always post your load order. It's possible that you are missing a needed prerequisite for a mod (Breeder needs Pregnancy, etc). And put the load order in [ spoiler ] [ /spoiler ] tags (remove the spaces). 2) You say you are using the "newest" NVSE. Which SPECIFIC version is that? Because sexout requires the BETA version (version 3 beta 2) as is specified in the NVSE Extender thread: "Make sure you install the latest BETA of NVSE. As of now, that is NVSE V3 beta 2". Verify the version you are using.
fapmcfap Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 nevermind im an idiot, god im terrible at this... Accidently installed OBSE instead of NVSE, my bad, i dont even KNOW how i made this mistake, but i feel extremely stupid.

Guest user29 Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I think maybe... yes.. I've now seen it all. Thank you.
KainsChylde Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 Now now, guys. They were polite. And they didn't have to admit their error, they could have just shut up and moved on. How many rude people do we deal with on a daily basis? Don't scare off a nice one.
Guest user29 Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I wasn't trying to be rude, but I can see how someone might take that as such.
KainsChylde Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 To be bluntly honest, I did too. But I've been the one on the "dumb" side of this conversation, more than once. You guys were keeping it light, I just wanted to cut in before the wrong person saw the trend and ran with it.
fapmcfap Posted January 6, 2013 Author Posted January 6, 2013 to be honest, even I thought it was funny, i laughed at myself for atleast 5 minutes (._.)
parasitial Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 i would like to know if my NVSE is working properly because i made sure i had the latest one but there is no sex animation at all. Can anyone help me out? thanks
RitualClarity Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 i would like to know if my NVSE is working properly because i made sure i had the latest one but there is no sex animation at all. Can anyone help me out? thanks You can find your info on the NVSE home page. http://nvse.silverlock.org/ A little down the page. comand key GetNVSEVersion Should show you a return with the proper version. I also believe if you have sexoutNG loaded it will automatally verify that you have the correct version as well as if you have the correct extender installed. After if you still need help the animations are not working etc. You really need to post the load order. Don't see how anyone can go any farther without it.
testout Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 I'm also having a problem with NVSE, I installed it like it said to, then ran NVSE Loader, and it ran New Vegas, then closed it to finish up modding before I tried it all out. When I run NVSE Loader it says there is an issue loading the game, but it has the correct address.http://i.imgur.com/PmtyKrJ.pngand here is my load order.http://i.imgur.com/0QfpId2.pnghttp://i.imgur.com/Y3Euw3O.pnghttp://i.imgur.com/nFGCXwl.pngand when I type GetNVSEVersion nothing happens,I tried doing a shortcut to NVSE loader with -editor in the target line, but then it says it can't find "G.E.C.K"anyone have any idea what I did wrong?
RitualClarity Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 Nevermind fixed it by running as administer Glad to hear it is working for you.
Meatloaf Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Guys, I hate to resurrect an old post but I'm having some issues with NVSE as well. No matter where I install FO:NV, or how I launch it (Steam, NVSE.exe, NVSE from FOMM) I'm always getting NVSE Version 2 instead of 1. My load order is:FalloutNV.esm CaravanPack.esm ClassicPack.esm MercenaryPack.esm DeadMoney.esm HonestHearts.esm OldWorldBlues.esm LonesomeRoad.esm GunRunnersArsenal.esm TribalPack.esm Project Nevada - Core.esm Project Nevada - Cyberware.esm Project Nevada - Equipment.esm Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp I have my NVSE files in the correct directory (with the NV.exe) but nothing seems to work, including all fixes I've found so far on the internet. I'd appreciate any help that can be given. Thank you in advance.
BruceWayne Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Here is a tutorial which files to download and where to put them (with pictures). It's a sticky in the sexout technical support forum right at the top. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16277-sexoutng-framework-installation-guide-for-beginners/ Edit: I'm guessing that you want to install sexout, despite it not being in your load order. I'm not aware of any other mod that requires the extender.
Meatloaf Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Well actually, no. I'm not sure what that mod is. This forum just comes up fairly high in a google search for "NVSE problems". The main mod that I'm using that requires NVSE is Project Nevada, by the same people that made Fallout Wanderer's Edition for Fallout 3. However, following your post I realized I had been using the other NVSE file instead of the one you highlighted. I will give that shot, and if it works out, I'll check out the other mod you mentioned (one thing at a time for a computer newb lime me). Regardless, thank you very much for the quick response.
Meatloaf Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 It DID work! Thank you very much! I'll check out the other mod now.
