hair Body Face and Hair mod Crossover

I was wondering if its possible to use the mod Beard from Skyrim into Fallout 4.

I have being working on several characters and that mod would prove very useful. I was meaning to use some of the assets for strictly personal use.

 

My modding skills are in the very knowledgeable beginner category... can anyone give me some helpful pointers and hints on how to go about that?
