I just downloaded the mod yesterday and tried to redownload it today but both times it came out censored. I don't get why it is doing this and I am kinda stuck. I somehow have streamermode as it says when I join a game even though I have never even installed it. I really need help here.

If you are seeing the mosaic and the game tells you it's there, then you've downloaded Streamer Mode. Look in your Mods folder to remove it. The only way you'd see the mosaic covering up the Sims is if you downloaded Streamer Mode. 8
Max0 Posted June 16, 2019 Posted June 16, 2019 I removed the streamer mode, restarted the whole Origin twice and still the same mosaic and Streamer mode active even though it's not in my mods or in the computer anymore. So the mosaic pattern has to be also part of the whims package itself...that is shit!

christianrox666 Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 I reinstalled WW and made sure NOT to download streamer mode and I checked all my files and still found no evidence of ever downloading streamer mode, but the mosaic is still there. every time I open the game it says I’ve enabled streamer mode....

Nope, only the current version is available. Try repairing your game in Origin if you haven't tried that yet.
jaysims94 Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 im having this same problem and Ive tried everything!! this been like this for a week and I thought the new update would fix it but it keeps saying that Streamer mode is installed, even though I removed the mod. I deleted my localcache file, I’ve restored my sims folder to new and replaced the mods back in little by little ( find that it only pops up when wicked whims was in my the mods folder ) then reset all the WW settings to new. I also tired repairing my game in Origin but its still there. please help its like its permanently installed. I have a Mac and I don’t know what else to try. i'm going to try to reinstall all the games its the only thing I haven’t tried. please and thank you to anyone that has the fix!!

Turbo included that for streamers only so YT won't block their content. Just remove the file. 2

I have tried removing the file and deleted it and it doesn't matter because when I log back into the sims it still says it's there!
