Let me remind everyone that, although LL is happy to serve as a clearinghouse for mod requests it will not be a part of piracy. Said piracy to include, but not limited to, evading paying mod makers through Patreon, et al. This Rule is not "soft" or negotiable. Anyone who does this is subject to punishment.

It is not a follower, it is a preset which really came from Tullius Channel before and then can be found on 9damao. It is High Poly and it requires a lot of mods so I don't know if there's anyone who can make her a follower yet.

hi ma ri, is there any character preset for doa girls in 9dm? like honoka, kasumi, ayane etc, please share if you saw one ^^

Before there was but at this very moment , you will never find any doa presets anymore. The very last one I saw was Marie Rose preset for Skyrim LE and it was 3 months ago and it is now deleted as well. I don't have those presets because no one has requested it. I don't know about 3dm but I think there were a lot of them there. I only have the Followers which I originally got here in Loverslab and not in 9damao.
