I had kinda simillar thing in the past with NPCs when installed Replacer version of Citrus head (Even some folowers had unmoving beards, but for vanilla NPCs at least it was easy to fix with CK). Right now i have installed High Poly Head by vectorlexus and Expressive Facegen Morphs (on nexus) and Racemenu. That's all I can think of, sorry.

I assume you are using the LE version. The SE version has a lot of problems. It came with no textures and it seems to be missing some meshes. Thanks for the reply because I too use High Poly Head and Expressive Facegen Morphs so I just have to convert the LE version to SE.
