for GIMP just set it as DXT1/BC1 and select Generate MipMaps

0. Extract the tools from the attach file [Texture Convert] LINKDATA Import Export Tool -0.430 [English].rar

 

1. Use the g1t_to_dds.cmd for extract the texture from g1t hair (For example: MPR_Muscle_Character_NICHAIR001_hair_BLEND_kidsalb.g1t). The tool asks to drag the g1t file to extract the texture 

2. The tool extract a 00000_000000-BC7.dds

3. Open the dds in photoshop, Change the color of texture

4. Save the dds using this configuration

 

6. Use g1t_to_dds.cmd for return the color change texture to g1t. This tool use 2 steps

  a.  the tool asks to drag the g1t file to extract the texture

  b.  the tool asks to drag the directory where is the texture  (00000_000000-BC7.dds)

When you start the battle and they're standing still, you'll see Mai do a really creepy smile and her face glitches a bit. And Kula, you'll sometimes see her start the battle with NO MOUTH. It's a little bizarre. Hope Koei Tecmo fixes it in patch!

P.S. Just letting you know in case you think its the mod causing their faces to glitch. Its the game's fault, not yours

Are you skipping the intros? Skipping intros will break some or all of the characters facial expressions in player 2 slot it looks like. I tweeted TN about it and they said that's not supposed to happen and will look into it......That was like 4months ago and Phase's face will still break if I skip cutscenes, or on PC it still is.

Is there any danger to modding this game? Will I get banned for applying any nude mods? Also, there doesn't seem to be any tutorials on how to mod the game itself, like what prerequisites I need to install first.

There is no danger. For example, the REDELBE tool does not change the DOA6 exe, it only adds a dinput8.dll that is not detected by STEAM. I have been using the tool for almost 2 months and I have not had any problems

There is no danger. But do not be mistaken about the impossibility of recognizing mods. This is done very simply.

Ugh, it scares me when models aren't how they're supposed to be. 

Yea If player 2 does anything that will make their face move. Getting hit, hitting themselves, etc. It will fix their faces, but if they don't move or attack, you will be about to see the glitch longer when you skip the intros at a specific time.

 

Like it scared me when I first saw it because I wasn't expecting it, but now I love Phase's glitch face because it look too accurate to the Impossible meme thing. It's too perfect like TN intentionally did it.
