I'm using v1.06, which says Mai and Kula were added, but I can't find them anywhere.

You will not be able to find anything, because these characters have just been added to the game, and RDBTOOL  has not been updated after that.

I am having some issues with "layer2" in REDELBE. After I have placed files into the layer2 folder, for example, Kasumi's alternate hair colors it does not allow me to toggle between the mods (using back button or F key). There are other mods this occurs with as well. Some of these mods have a main folder called layer2 also. So I copy and paste to merge with layer2 in the game directory but same issue with these mods as well.

Oh I wasn't aware. I just got into modding DOA6. So a recent update to REDELBE caused the problem huh. Is there any way to fix it?
