Any idea why the original mod was deleted from the nexus?

Apparently, the authors took them down (there was the original, and a recent ESL remake). No idea why

I don't know how to make (or install, for that matter), an ESL version

ESL is ezpz mate.

Load the mod in CK.

File -> Compact Active File Form IDs

Then...

File -> Convert Active File to Light Master

Boom. You have an ESL. Caladon made a guide with more detail here.

What's the difference between your mod and this one? -> https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37133

There shouldn’t be any difference. The reason I made this was because the nexus one(s) were unavailable at that time. You can use either one, but the esl version is probably better since it doesn’t consume a slot

Did not realize this was yours. Big fan on how Skyrim handled collisions. Do you have the ability to modify this. With Skyrim's versions, I could not walk through the hands and feet of the bodies, while FO4 seems more torso centered, if that makes sense. Is it possible to have collision with the entire body?
