Very weird inverted breast bug [HDT,BBT,XP32MSSE]

Looks like a skeleton issue. If you are using SOS reinstall it then reinstall realistic ragdolls and force and let it overwrite after that reinstall XPMSE and let it overwrite everything. Make sure XPMSE is low on the load  order to prevent conflicts.

Ones like realistic ragdolls and force come with their own skeleton so it's possible during installation that something overwrote the XPMSE files.

I have reinstalled both RRaF and XP32, now the breasts are fine, but the physics have stopped working.

Did you rerun FNIS after reinstalling?

I have ran FNIS after reinstalling either mod and one more time while trying to fix the error myself.

I mean, I want want to waste anyones time and I also know that its not your job to debug a newbs mod setup, but it would be an option if you could hmu on discord and I could share my screen.

Have you tried reinstalling HDT. Other then that I'm not sure what would be causing the physics part to stop working, You can post load order here and screenshots if needed. There is also the modding support area on the LL discord as well.

If you are using XPMSE skeleton then you don't need RRDF.

If you are using XMPSSE skeleton with Legendary Edition then you have the wrong skeleton

If you are runng SSE then you are in the wrong section. SE has its own tech support section.

Either way, with the skeleton it should show near the top of FNIS output, females and males having 115 bones.

If you are using LE then you only need the Skeleton arm fix patch ticked.

If you are using SSE then you need the HKX File Compatiblity box ticked as well.

Only tick other boxes if you have mods which ask for boxes to be ticked.

It looks like a variation of the infinite stretching bug which also tends to affect breasts. If so, the problem is in HDT settings.

Wrong skeleton.

You should be doing this in the SE section as they would know for sure but with LE the skeleton says XPMS2HDT (115 bones). As far as I know the SE version should be the same.

Who exactly is this affecting? All NPCs, all human NPCs, NPCs and your PC? Is it the same naked and clothed?

Other thing to do is double-check you are not using any LE versions.

I'll show my arse on the Town Hall steps if that is correct.

Please, no threats!

That is the correct skeleton for SE.

You might want to look at this. It's what came to my mind earlier when I posted. I can't promise that it will help but it's worth a try:

Definitely remove realistic ragdolls, it's bundled with FNIS and going by what I've read installing it causes trouble. I don't know if that's the cause of your problems though.

While Kaarinah has a good suggestion let me say, for the record and for general information, that realistic ragdolls is bundled with your skeleton and not with FNIS.

Wait until you're my age. Brain farts seem normal to me.
