Kinda dumb that you only fight one vampire lord the whole game & only 3 or 4 werewolves. Would like to see them as random encounters or in locations as part of certain factions.

Would like to see them as random encounters or in locations as part of certain factions. werewolves do spawn in game, but they are super rare (at least for me anyways, but i once had 3 werewolves attack riften).

I almost never see them in late game after the guaranteed ones from quests. And ofc vampire lords be nonexistent
