I fucked up my game BADLY

about 3 hours ago my New Vegas was running just fine then suddenly I had the bug where the pause menu was not working aka I could not hard save so I looked on the internet for some answers  and the only real answer I got was to install the MCM hotfix and that is when all hell broke lose for my game. I checked  FOMM, Nexus, and Vortex (I realized I have way to many mod mangers)  for any thing wrong I also use LOOT a millions times and still nothing. I uninstalled the Hotfix and still nothing. I  went through and uncheck and recheck the archive invalidation on all the mod mangers and still nothing. I also reinstalled my New Vegas three times and it is still a train wreck. I know im running out of options and I am fine with losing my progress but I really dont want to Sorch-Earth  my New Vegas unless I am force to. also the reason why I am posting here and not Nexus is that im embarrassed about my load order and figured it would be fine if i posted here where there is a fairy getting fucked on the top of the page.

I know im asking for a miracle but im out of options

 

 

 

This is what my game looks like in the main menu and before you ask getting rid of Radar mod is not the problem since I get the same type of message from other mods

When you reinstalled your game did you first delete everything inside the game folder then uninstalled it and after that reinstall it?

 

Once you do that and check the save file if nothing has changed then it might mean the save is toast but you could try a few saves back and see if those are working.

I did not delete anything in my games folder I just delete the game from steam

Then that is your problem right there when you uninstall your game through steam it only removes what steam installed it doesn't remove stuff that you installed into the game folder so when you uninstall the game there is still crap in the game folder left over from the mods that you installed and the stuff that you have added to the folders and that crap can cause problems when you reinstall the game.

 

A clean install means deleting everything out of the game folder then uninstall it through steam once its done with that then you can reinstall it back and have a totally fresh install with no left over crap left behind to cause havoc and problems in your new install.

And there's a good chance that your initial problem was this. NV can't handle such a big amount of plugins, if you're going to make a new installation you should stick to around 130 max

So when I delete all the crap in my game folder than reinstall I will still have all my mods?

You will have to reinstall them as their files are gone but if you don't wipe everything in the game folder out when you do a clean install you'll continue have files left over that'll continue to cause problems and break things in your new game.

You can delete all files and then have Steam test your games integrity. Then Steam will redownload all files you need.

Ok, so I deleted  all of my Fallout New vegas Files and then had steam uninstalled and New Vegas is Reinstalling   

 

 

Edit: So my game is done and the main menu is looking fine none of my saves are corrupt which means a mod must have done this any ideas on which mod I still think it was that MCM hotfix but I could be wrong and know I am going to have to reinstalled all the sexout mods which make me a scum is there any way to get my mods back or am I going to have to reinstalled all of them one by one?

As I wrote before, you can't have 209 active plugins in NV

Alright so looks like all I have to do is re download my mods which is a pain but at  least I can start a new play though siding with House which will be fun. Anyways thank you A.J. , dborg2 and myuhinny for being patience and helping me I will keep this Topic up in case anyone else has the same problem as me unless and Mods want me to take it down.

I'm sorry I was so much focused on that 209 and I didn't see the question. Yes I strongly suggest that, you can skip some steps if you are quite confortable with mods and the files / folders which compose them, but still you'd need to cut out almost half of your mods, so starting on a cleaner situation and redoing everything from scratch actually could be really the best choice
