That said, I did change some stuff, and I do have a problem. The problem being that the hands are a bit too large for the arms on the female body. I had a rather ugly load list which I've fixed up. I reran LOOT, and, upon suggestion, moved XPMSE 3 further down the list. I also changed some animation packs out, so my first thought was I had forgotten to run FNIS, which I most certainly did since I was getting the classic T pose. Making sure to select the skeleton arm fix, I ran it, and found no inconsistencies. My second guess is that it had something to do with having Wrye Bashed. This was the first time I have done that and figured I might have botched it (I still assume that, but it isn't the cause of this problem). So I deactivate the bashed plugin, reactivate the merged plugins, and move xpmse.esp back where it was. I then rerun FNIS, but the problem persists. The next thing I thought is that perhaps something, somehow, happened to the UUNP models, even though that shouldn't be the case since they weren't touched. So I batch build them all again with the build morphs option. Again, no luck. I search this forum and find which leads me to beleive this isn't a problem so much as the way it is, and that the only thing faulty is my recollection of earlier today when I was playing before fixing my load list. I would like to see (always nude) pictures of 1) the entire female body and 2) a close up of the arms/hands showing your area of concern. Second, please place all items that you want to have looked at on the site. For simple computer security reasons most of us do not want to open unknown files on our computers or, even worse, access a third party site, no matter how secure you feel it might be. Spoiler I should point out that the most likely culprit based on what you've said so far would be that you have one "body" for the trunk and a different "body" for the hands, but pictures, as they say, are worth a thousand words. Therefore, if you already know how to load screenshots on LoversLab (LL) you can ignore the rest of this post and simply get to it (or not if you prefer). LL does not like the .bmp format that screenshots come in. So, to load a screenie you need to first load it in Paint (or a similar program) and then "save as" a .jpg file. You can then "drag" the .jpg file onto the "paperclip" just below where you are typing your post. This will result in a miniature appearing below the area in which you are typing. This will typically take a few seconds. When you have the cursor where you want the picture to appear simply hit the "+" sign on the miniature, give it a few seconds, and your picture will appear. Since I've asked you to post more than one picture please put them in spoiler(s) (which, I note, you already know how to use). Doing so will help the site process faster which is in everyone's best interest (although from the way that they are NOT used it is obvious that not everyone thinks so).

If so what you're looking for is what is causing them to enlarge in the first place (or, less likely, shrink everything else). So what other mods are you using that affect the body and have you rebuilt everything recently in Bodyslide?

What I did was remove a couple of quest mods and DD mods and replaced More Nasty Critters animation pack with a more recent version (9.4 to 11.4). None of that should have changed the hands. And yes, the RM works as a fix. In any case, I have my solution, plus a whole set of new problems (a fresh set of CTDs). Thanks for the help, but this mystery is likely to go unsolved since stomping out whichever bug is causing my game to crash almost constantly is more important.

donttouchmethere Posted December 10, 2018 Posted December 10, 2018 I saw that if: > A follower mod overwrites your PC body settings, in that case it changes the hands (move followers up in load order or remove followers till you found the one that overwrites your hands) => high chance, saw that a lot with followers (check the last ones in your load order) > Prisoner Rag is not UUNP anymore, because mod overwrites it => low chance, looks in the screenshot like its still UUNP (easy to test, just remove the rag and check if the issue persists)

The hips in that screenshot look a bit wide for UUNP so try without the prison rags on (console: player.unequipall - you will have to flip to male then back to female to get the strip) If, when naked, the wrists are okay then the armour replacer (or another mod which changes the prison clothes) is the problem. If the wrists are not okay, then you need to build the correct wrists (and probably feet) in BS. You can also do this in game. Wear something which allows you to see the wrists. I already ran LOOT. That's standard operating procedure. I actually fixed that this morning by the way. It absolutely is, but the key here is that was already present when everything was working "correctly". I had some major stability issues which DontTouchMeThere helped me with yesterday. He also made some suggestions which I implemented as well. Since there is some CBBE in there, the hips are going to be wider. I'm not convinced. How do things look naked? Is there a change or not? How do things look with other armours? Why use vanilla armours if you have a UUNP body? Unless you have taken some extra measures, that boddy will affect every female in the game as will the armour replacer. Therefore every female in the game is wearing the 'wrong' armour. Just can't see the logic here.

I believe what Grey Cloud was getting at is that the CT77 armor replacer is for CBBE only. What your screenshot is showing is a CBBE body (a la CT77) with UUNP hands. That is why you had the mismatch. However, with Donttouchmethere's help it sounds like you will soon have everything taken care of.

I do not know if anyone has already said (I have not read everything) but that problem occurs to me only and exclusively with some clothes. I perform this verification: I put the nude character, I dress and check, in the case with Outfitstudio I replace the meshes (both nif files) of the hands contained in the dress with mine and solve this way
TomTheCline Posted December 11, 2018 Author Posted December 11, 2018 I found the offender: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/94498 That follower comes in there flavors: CBBE, UUNP, and "Default". The UUNP version comes with its own body, so I'm guessing the Nord was getting overwritten (or something). In anycase, this would have had other problems so I replaced it with the "Default" version which uses installed meshes.

Either way the problem is that the hands and body/torso belong to two different body-shapes. The way to cure it is to get them both using the same body-shape.

Lily, the follower, was somehow overwriting what the armor replacer had installed, or was overwriting the hands (I'm actually thinking the latter).

I actually looked at that armour replacer last night but somehow failed to register that the esps have the same names as your. I still don't see how the follower mod could mess up on its own as its file paths are correct.
