That also is a mole in English but the OP means the small marks on her breasts. They are usually round and brown. They are like lonely freckles.

single freckles, called in Germany, liver stains. 

 

Mature skin texture has these spots on the Breast, unfortunately on Nexus removed.

The moles can be made with this mod and can be put on nearly every texture, with Texture Blender.

 

(Of course; you can put the moles onto every other texture as well, if you are using some app like gimp, or photoshop.)
