werewolves are kind of a bitch when you do them for the first time, they need some fake nonexistent nodes added before it will export correctly.

Eg: see the green blocks/dots under the werewolf in this one

3dsMax2010_Skyrim_Werewolf_Skeleton_NEW.maxUnavailable

they are being used to make the skeleton match the node list txt

Hey i also played a bit with Werewolf animations and have the same problem exporting. Sadly the file you posted isn't available anymore. Can you or someone else share it or explain what i have to do to export Werewolf animations?

3dsMax2010_Skyrim_Werewolf_Skeleton_NEW.max

nodes werewolf.txt

note: delete keyframe 10...unless you want a bigger dick on your werewolf.

to fix a already made animation you need to add something in to fill in for the missing nodes.

My dude . . .  3DS Max costs $1,800 a year.  Why didn't you make a rig for blender where it's free?  Almost everyone and anyone uses blender.  This is a great asset and greatly advances the modding community using animation, but poorly executed, and on a system that is very hard to get for the average person, unless you have a download link to 3DS Max 2014 up your sleeve for free (Which I recommend adding the link in your download description).

I have managed to find a way around this issue.  For anyone who is interested, here is the solution I found.  I am leaving this comment up for anyone else who is in my situation, and needs help with this predicament.

MAX to BLEND Conversion website link:
Convert MAX to BLEND For Free! (fabconvert.com)

May the modding community continue to receive new modders daily.

what makes you think anyone here has ever paid for max? in the beginning everyone used the free student copies, then in the later years autodesk themselves pretty much told us to pirate it because the versions we need for skyrim (2010 or 2012) are no longer supported (it likely would of cost them a hell of a lot more to "support" 3 or 4 outdated non professional users then they could of possibly ever earned)

because blender does not have havok 2010/2012, so up until the past few years blender was mostly useless for skyrim animations (some people got it to work with some fighting with hkxcmd).

it's only because of people like baddog that blender has become a more viable option, but it's "a day late and a dollar short" much of the work has already been done in max.

2010 or 2012 is whats needed (most use 2012), but posting such a link is against site rules.
