Opinion on inflation/pregnancy mods

I am trying to decide which inflation/pregnancy mod would be best for my roleplay play with SSE.  As I understand it, there are 3 primary mods that accomplish this task with small differences.  What is harder to figure out is how the mods do what they do and the compatibility issues that might arise from them.  So I was hoping for some input.

1) BeeingFemale SE https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/5622-beeingfemale-se/

2) Fertility Mode https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/4643-fertility-mode/

3) Fill Her Up SE CBBE & UUNP https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/6163-fill-her-up-se-cbbe-uunp/

As I understand it, BeeingFemale is the most realistic approach for pregnancies, even going so far as having different trimesters.  However it requires a lot of time investment in game via sanitary paper, tracking menstrual cycle with on screen notifications, etc.  It adds PMS/PMS effects, which I understand all to well and think is a good effect to add.  It also makes brief mention of diseases, but doesn't go into detail.

Fertility Mode lacks much of the depth of Beeing Female, but according to the description "Insemination can be achieved ...randomly when sleeping near NPCs..."?  So does this mean that when I asked that innkeeper for room and board, but was low on money, he gave me questionable wine and a room that he took payment in another form without my permission?  Can be configured in game.

Of course Fill Her Up SE gets rid of pregnancy altogether and focuses solely on the inflation aspect.  It factors in different races (or monsters/creatures) amount of cum into the inflation, separately tracks anal and vaginal (although for what purpose I do not understand), and slowly deflates on its own.

Ideally, I would like to have the pregnancy chance, PMS effects ( although no persistent on screen effects or notifications, only available via checking character status), and diseases, if that's a thing.  However, I would also like the benefits of Fill Her Up as well so that different races/creatures have different effects, and the gradual deflation after a crazy orgy.

Adding to my confusion are two other files that seem related, but I'm not entirely sure how.

1) The C.A.N.S. (Cooperative Algebraic Node Sizing) Framework https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2135-the-cans-cooperative-algebraic-node-sizing-framework/

2) SexLab Inflation Framework SE https://www.loverslab.com/topic/107691-sexlab-inflation-framework-se/

Are these required/suggested to complement the above mods, do they replace them, or what exactly is their purpose? As I understand it, both mods aim to allow the first three mods to work together, but those same mods effectively produce the same results, so what is the purpose?

Cans is obsolete, dont use it.

Beeing Female did have support for it, but that was removed.

You should use SLIF instead.

But I have used NetImmerse instead only, and it works for me.

You did miss one. And it is getting updates as also Fertile Mode.

Beeing Female have the buffs/debuffs you want if you want to play immersive, last patch from Bane_master makes the mod more stable.

The one you linked is for old Skyrim.  Its not compatible with SSE per the mod description, unless I am missing something?

Yea you have posted in LE section. So I assume you want LE mods.

But since you say SSE you cant use Beeing Female, since it is not updated for latest SSE.

Those other mods you did talk about do actually have SSE versions.

There you have Hentai and Fertility mode as your options for the moment.

Oh, my apologies for posting in the wrong forum.  I will make sure this gets moved appropriately.

Okay, so after reading the support pages for the 3 mods, I understand that BeeingFemale was ported over to SSE, which is why there's a link for it, but it doesn't work.  Got it, thanks! :)

So that leaves me with Fertility Mode, which will work for what I need.  Sad that the mod author is against putting PMS effects in, but so be it.

Fill Her Up from what I read is a port, and the person that ported it doesn't understand mods enough to support it, but it appears to work okay for the most part.  There is a small incompatibility with FHU's belly inflation and FM's inflation effects from trying to override one another.  As I understand it, SLIF fixes this, and everyone can play together then, correct?

SLIF+FHU did not work for me at all. I used it for a few weeks and nada, so I switched back to the standalone version of FHU. I started out with SHP but switched to FHU for reasons I can't remember. Both generally work depending on what you want.

I am wondering about this too. In the past (I think Skyrim SE v1.5.53), I used Fertility Mode and CBBE body and it worked to a degree (only when naked I think).

IIRC, in order for belly to show up with FM, you need to also rebuild your outfits in bodyslide with morphs enabled. Otherwise they won't correctly show it.

Hmm. I'm using Fill her Up with Fertility Mode, on CBBE. So far the game hasn't exploded and I'm hoping the two mods will co-exist rather than conflict.

I'm using SLIF, Fill Her Up, and EC+.

I used to have Hentai Pregnancy installed, but ended up getting rid of it; apparently its not possible to have proper creature pregnancies while using soul-gem pregnancies for NPCs. The problem for me is that while I like the idea of sex having visible consequences (ie, pregnancy), I actually don't want something that's going to add a bunch of NPCs (children) to my game. Back in oblivion I had Tamago Club, and the children that mod spawned were the stuff of nightmares! I haven't looked into the other pregnancy mods you mentioned, but in Oldrim I used Beeing Female. It was a bit... too realistic for me. I'm not a fan of having cluttery debuffs or managing menstrual cycles. x.x Maybe I should give the others a closer look, though!

As far as SLIF goes, its pretty much a must-have for this kind of mod. Basically, it will handle "inflation" mechanics for all compatible mods in order to keep them from fighting each other over your body nodes. It's pretty simple to set up, too.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try it out. Sounds like it gets pretty complicated.
