Spell: Bowsette super-crown (turn a dragon into a sexy npc)

After seeing a Bowsette super-crown on Nexus (but before seeing there was a request for a preset or race), here is my idea / request:
 

The idea:
A super-crown spell that you can cast on a dragon (and dragons alone). The dragon will turn into a sexy NPC (wearing a crown). And rather important, the sexy NPC should become temporarily essential, in case you shoot the dragon out of the sky. After all, Bowser is the big evil guy in Mario that turns into a slightly disturbing babe, thus why not for the evil dragons in Skyrim?

Optional features:
Could be things like telling them to go to a certain tavern (as you turn them in the wild), make them optional followers, give them a 3/4 human 1/4 dragon appearance with at least sharp teeth, have slightly different presets of Dragotte thus they will not all look the same, make Dragotte at least as tall as Altmers, and perhaps even add features that require the sexlab framework

As a bit of tweaking, casting the crown should take a bit of time and the crown should not travel very fast, to make it harder to 'turn' a dragon.

^This. I don't get why people get so riled up about some random slutty Bowser cosplay. Which is what Bowsette is (R63 Bowser would still be a Koopa, not a puny ooman). Slutty cosplays have existed pretty much since cosplay itself exists, and yet people only find about it just now through this? 

 

...anyway, back on topic. @jaberwocky:I think I remember something like that already existing. The titular shout from SexLab Slut Shout could temporarily turn random dragons into a handful of random female NPCs for sexy times; I guess if you replaced those template NPCs with "Dragonettes" (whatever those are supposed to be), you could get what you want. IIRC Shout Like a Virgin had a similar dragon-transforming mechanic, so you could look into that one too.

I'm more annoyed by it always being for the body mod I don't use.

You don't need a Super Crown and all of that other tosh to make dragons sexy npcs. All you need is mammaries (and MadMansGun's Horny Creatures of Skyrim, of course).

Mammaries and phalluses make everything better, do they not?

FYI, the Female Dragons mod is already integrated into HCoS, and has also been updated with the new dragons from the DLCs and new meshes for all female dragons altogether. So the original mod is no longer required as HCoS takes care of everything.
