I'm super new at Skyrim, ever more new - ultra new? - at modding and not what you would call an experienced video gamer - who remembers Pong? I hope I'm posting this in something approaching the right category and using the proper tag. Oh and I'm certain that this is all the result of me being something of a feeb. The mod creators are awesome. You're all doing God's work... Well perhaps a dark pagan god but still... The short version of what I want is to play Skyrim more or less as it's intended, but with some kinky fun sprinkled on top. Like some pervy raisins on a bowl of wholesome bran flakes. To accomplish this I've installed a butt load of mods and managed to get everything working - well after almost a week I managed to get everything working - and thought to myself "self, let's give Slave Run a go". So off I ventured. I've done a bunch of restarts so I'm fairly capable of doing the escape from Helgen, visit River Wood to meet the sister, go to Winter Run to talk to the Jarl, then off to the Barrows to get the dragon stone. Old hat to everyone here I'm sure. I set Slave Run not to kick in until I hit level five, and if I recall it waits five days per city before it starts up in any case. I made it into the Barrow, got to the spider - which I've never had a particularly hard time with before, took a single hit and threw up my hands in surrender. A minute later I'm naked in the snow and have to struggle out of ropes so I can fast travel back to River Wood to pay the black smith to get me out of an arm binder. And the bastid didn't even give me a discount after raping me! So back into my armor and back to the - what do you mean I'm too exhausted from my rape to put on clothes? Okay, off to the inn where I'd rented a room to wait in semi-safety. And wait. And wait. Eventually I just slept till the next day when I could put on clothes again. Back to the Barrow and it was like instant replay. Surrender, struggle, smith. At least this time the black smith wasn't feeling as lusty so this time I can get dressed right away, AND I had saved so I was able to fast travel back to the Barrow, where, 30 seconds after I arrived someone from the village - Hod I think was his name - pops up and starts banging away. Then three guards from River Wood appear and each have a go. Apparently I design a nice looking but quite cowardly character. I finally get away from them and into the Barrow where - of course, I can't put on armor, but there are sleeping bags so I'll sleep an hour! Hah! As if. Every time I tried that I got awakened by a rapist. Eventually I just gave up and am now doing something I swore years ago that I would never do again. Asking a question on an internet forum - dun dun DUNNNN! Can anyone suggest the proper collection of mods and more importantly I think, mod settings that will actually let me play with something less that a 100% chance of giving up in the middle of a fight, and / or spending my time alternating getting raped and waiting to get raped while I try to put on clothes unsuccessfully? And man is this a weird thing to be writing Below are the installed mods, I can't find any way to export the specific settings, but I have gone in and dialed them way down - or what I thought was way down. Any help would be awesome. Dorabella Posted September 28, 2018 Posted September 28, 2018 Hint: 1) Minimize the difficulty of the game (at least until you are able to compete) it can be modified at any time during the game, even in battle. 2) Try to use this obtainable with additemmenu/additemmenusearch with the name of ring of heaven and/or ultimate ring : Ring from the heavens As above, to be used for the first competitive difficulties (equipped, will give you 1000000 PV, will increase the power of light armor, stealth 100 , upgrade weapons , plus other benefits) 3)Spiders are vulnerable to fire , so also the undead . A sword with eternal drain-life , upgradable with the grinding wheel. Also install the fix Katana-YotoHatamonba obtainable with additemmenu/additemmenusearch If you decide to use the ring, remember to remove it from the equipment when you use the Arcane table, causing the game to crash 4) Spells Apprentice level destruction: damage 32 per second : Stronger Flames-Sparks and Frostbite obtainable with additemmenu/additemmenusearch

LOOT is the Load Order Optimisation Tool. Google it, download it and run it. This one is intuitive but it won't help you with your question - it will likely save you from future CTDs (crashes to desktop). To get to the question you asked I need to ask you a question in turn. What are you looking for in your BDSM? Do you want to be a top, a bottom or some of both?
Laura Posted September 28, 2018 Posted September 28, 2018 I don't want to toot my own horn, but my mod could be something you might like. Right now it's just a simple shop that sells the restraints from Devious Devices. You can also buy keys and have your jammed locks repaired. It could be a nice introduction to the DD mods. EDIT: These videos helped me a lot when I started using mods.

Swe-DivX & Psalam - Since I don't know what any of them do, after making any change using the Nexus Mod Manager I then run the FNIS Generator, the Body Slide tool, and then LOOT. I'm not especially efficient but damn if I'm not consistent . According to LOOT "No master list update was necessary. Sorting made no changes to the order.". Unless I'm completely missing something? I want to play as a bottom but not this much of a bottom. Like 75% Skyrim, 25% ahem. Like an especially chocolate heave bowl of vanilla fudge ripple ice cream. Lestat - I've been able to handle the spider many times doing tests, it's just when I got all of the above going in what I hoped was a long term playable state that things went kerflooie - sorry for the technical lingo. I'm sure I just need to fine tune the settings in the mods but am awkwardly clueless about what to tune and what to tune it to.

Given your stated preference I would encourage you to look at Sanguine's Debauchery (usually referred to as SD+). Here is the link to the current beta version: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/81295-skyrimll-mods-open-beta-thread/ You will want to look at the description and requirements to be found here: https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/503-sd-sanguine-debauchery-enhanced-2018-02-10/ This is not as deep and complicated as Slaverun Reloaded (which I also like and am looking forward to the next update). It is considerably more predictable (if handled correctly) than what you will find with Devious Devices (which has the advantage of tremendous MCM control however). All of these are not mutually exclusive. I was just trying to steer you toward a single mod that would give you what you wanted. When you use multiple mods the very fact that they will interact in unpredictable ways (such as what you experienced) can be fun in its own right. However, I sense you might prefer SD+ for getting started.
Darkpig Posted September 28, 2018 Posted September 28, 2018 I haven't figured out the right balance either. Skyrim is about slaying monsters not getting tied up and fucked by them. Nevertheless here are a few of my thoughts. I would suggest using sexlab mods in moderation or even using certain ones to make your Skyrim experience a little easier. Defeat is a nice one. Not only do you get a nice little show but it actually saves you the problem of having to go to a previous save.
