If you see the main screen before you get the CTD it is 99% certain it is too many animations." For the first, make sure that you run LOOT and correct anything that it lists as an error. If you don't have LOOT (Load Order Optimisation Tool) then Google it, download it and run it. For the second (which I sincerely doubt is your problem given your load order) run FNIS (which I see you already have) and see how many animations that you are running. If it is over 10k you probably want to cut down on your animations. If, as your title indicates, you have run LOOT already what mod manager do you use?

I have checked LOOT and the loadorder is fine. I have run FNIS also and that says that it is fine as well. But still I get the CTD. I use Mod Oraganizer 2

It is still possible to have too many animations. In fact, it is the norm on this thread that people with too many animations have had FNIS tell them that everything is all right. However, looking at your load order animations don't look like they're your problem. Everything you have is pretty straightforward and I see no OBVIOUS problem. If I had your problem I would try try these two things next. I would manually move ASLAL to the end of the load order and, after checking that I had the most up-to-date version of XPMSE, I would tick off the esp. This will not eliminate the skeleton but it will eliminate the MCM menu and some of the glitches that have been associated with it.

I went back and looked at your load order and have another question. Are you using LE (legendary edition) or SE (special edition). It looks like you may have both types of mods in your load order. You can not "mix and match." All your mods have to be for SE or for LE. Double check that this is not your issue.

You get the main menu and you no have sexlab and not have animations object. Your problem is not caused by fauting masters or excesive animations. As you have SE you must verify that ALL yours mod's are compatible with SE. The main core mod's have a DIFERENT version for SE and LE and are incompatibles. Verify the version of SKSE, SkyUi, XPMSE, RaceMenu, Fnis, BodySlide... Take a look to the SE forum. The game has been updated some weeks ago and not ALL mod's have compatible version with the new update.

Have you ever thought that a CTD with "too many" animations is not the cause, but the symptom? Was purely Rethoric.

The most common cause of crashes (that I've found) is insufficient RAM. How much RAM do you have on your PC? The minimum recommended is definitely insufficient if you start modding Skyrim or Fallout 4. If the other suggestions don't work, disable a few mods, especially the animation-heavy ones, and upgrade your RAM.
