Hello, I want to ask if you have any experience with playing Skyrim on the GT 730m graphics card. It's a rather weak card, but I think she might have managed some version of ENB. What are your experiences and what is all possible with this card?

Thanks

My only experience is with a GTX 780 which is pretty much as old and weak as yours. It can't run most ENBs unless you are willing to hunt around and eventually manually tweak every setting to get it running properly. Specifically I disable certain ENB features that give little noticeable changes (such as SSAO since the more recent builds of ENB have a new system of rendering shadows which is less resource intensive, if I recall correctly its some approximation calculation thingy). Having DoF is also a major draw on resources so it's up to you if you want to have it off. Antialiasing is also set off in all game modes as my ENB provides the illusion of aliasing with some chromatic abberation.

Also consider tweaking some of the settings in ENBlocal.ini and give your card more reserve memory.

A 730m is similar to my 660 and i use ENB in Boost mode.

But your BIG problem is the MOBILE version and the shared memory.

Your card not have pure ddr5 memory and is VERY slow when process textures.

ENB is strictly necesary for the memory manager, but is not obligatory use the graphics enhancer.

I only use ELFX+URWL+ Imaginator and i think my game not look bad, but see it:

I can play at full hd 1920*1080 at 50-60 fps constant with 200 mod's in an i5-4460 with gtx 660 2g

For me, the BEST mod is Imaginator and permit me have the contrast and saturaration that give a ENB.

Of course, a full ENB have better shadows, better reflections, better snow and rain, DOF, and much more things, but you need computer power for that.

I not have enougth power, and you have less, and i must have some low graphics for have a decent FPS.

But that not mean have a ugly and slow game. I have the best that i can have with my hardware.

Some players with full ENB not have my FPS and some not look better than mine, imo, of course.

I tried to install some of the represented ENBs on Nexus, while i was playing SKyrim on my laptop, but i always had to face a huge performance hit unfortunately. But, 730M works fine with such mods as Climates of Tamriel or Vivid Weathers, and it can deal with some high definition textures too.

I'm currently playing Skyrim on the Intel HD 4600, GT 730 should be about a third more powerful and have its own memory.  After installing the older version of ENB, the game runs only at 14-17 fps. I think with GT 730m game could run at the 26fps ( with ENB installed ).

Why revive a 2 years old thread for a question that has absolutely nothing to do with the thread topic

(Also depends on what mods but most likely no)
