Skeleton issue.  It's always a skeleton issue.

 

(Re)Install XPMSE.  Keep it at the bottom of your load order and don't let anything overwrite any of its files.

The issue isn't just for your breast but also for your lower part body. I suggest you to reinstall your body mod (CBBE or else) then XP skeleton and XPMSE. Then make sure to apply bodyslide to your body and it should be fine. It should solve your problem like it does for me.

XP skeleton and XPMSE are not two different mods, XPMSE is the skeleton.  Not sure if you meant it that way, at least it sounded confusing.^^

This may sound like an advertisement from me but it looks like you are still using NMM or even the manual way of modding skyrim. I just tranfered to MO and it's a lot less hassle with installing things once you get the hang of it.

 

About actual tips. Well, just what others already said. Take XPMSE, install it properly by following it's instructions and then everything else. And then recreate your nude body with bodyslide. Make sure everything has administrative rights checked too though. You would be amazed how many forget this basic thing.

Yeah it sounds a bit confused . I meant XP32 Maximum Skeleton and XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended. I have the to different thing installed but it's more confusing then helping.

That sounds pretty bad actually. They both are skeletons and supposed to do the same things, just that XP32 is terribly outdated. I wonder that it doesn't crash immediatly because of conflicts, but i can say for sure that you'll never need anything else than XPMSE.
