FNIS Generated Patch Causing CTD

Hi there - having an issue which I believe I have narrowed down to FNIS.  When I start or load a game, Skyrim CTDs.

 

I am using the XXL version, I need the XXL version because the standard hardstops me due to animation volume.  I am also using the CTD fix that someone else referenced in another post.  I have all the goodies, LOOT, Wrye Bash, Crash Fix, etc.

 

At first, I thought it was something to do with a mod I had downloaded, but removing the recent mods did not help.  I updated MO1 and completely rebuilt from scratch.  By chance only, I started a game without having run FNIS, and the game worked.  When I exited and ran FNIS, I experienced crashes again, so it is something to do with this.

 

When I run consistence checks, I get this error:

 

Missing AnimFile zzEstrusETC07E1.hkx for character, mod zzEstrus
Missing AnimFile zzEstrusETC08E1.hkx for character, mod zzEstrus
 2 possible consistence issues

 

I went to Estrus to try and find those files, those files have not existed going back awhile, so I do not think the issue is with Estrus, or Estrus add ons (which have also not given me issues.

 

The only other thing I can think of is maybe one of the SLAL packs has a bad reference.  I am using:

Znarock

SH Furniture

Anub

Leito

Milky

Funny

RZ

Sailing Rebel

Babo/Baka

So, the consistency issue is coming from the Estrus collection.  However, that is not the cause of the CTD...I got this error sitting in the notification section of MO, which is weird, because the only thing I ever saw there was about overwrite files and mods not being in the right load order:

Read, please, read the post and the others two post linked..

90% of the players not need XXL, how many animations you have?

i have now 12064 animations in NORMAL fnis with cero problems. Pass week have up to 12507 animations.

I have 220 plugins with DD 4.1 + Zad 7 + Virgin + animations packs with cero problems.

15750 - I think I saw a similar remark, maybe in that thread you posted.  I got hard-stopped by the regular FNIS, would not complete the patching process.

 

 11913 animations for 47 mods successfully included (character)
 3837 animations for 12 mods and 42 creatures successfully included.

 

Reading that thread, it looks like I need to take a hard look at what mods are actually using the animations?

If you want have 15k animations must remove a lot of mod's.

The capacity of the game is limited. Or have mod's or have animations.

Can't have the two things in unlimited way.

Maybe the option is migrate to SE 64 bits.

Sigh, I wish.  Got to upgrade ole Bessy here first.
